My luck with sake has been too strong lately, and I came across another delicious sake.
It is from Kagawa Prefecture, and on the day the bottle was opened, I found it to be too light with a very clean taste for my liking, but...
The next day, it was decanted well. The next day, it was decanted well, and the balance of the refreshing and mellow taste was adjusted to my liking.
(I need to reflect on the fact that my description of the taste has been a bit too vague lately.)
I am suddenly interested in sake from Shikoku. I'm sure there are more sake to be found.
