Junmai Daiginjo indeed. It was a wonderful sake that lived up to its name.
It was a little old sake, but contrary to my expectations, the flavor remained without blurring, and I was able to finish the bottle without commenting on its original mellowness.
Mie Prefecture has a lot of sake. Please let me drink it again.
