My taste buds have become so discerning with the recent string of daiginjos that I wondered what would happen to me now.
I wondered what would happen to my taste buds in the future, and this was the next bottle.
But this one was so delicious that it knocked my shallow thinking out of the water.
I was reminded that the ratio of polished rice is not necessarily a dominant factor in the taste, but that it varies depending on the brewery and the brewing process.
Chikumonishiki Brewery is to be feared.
The taste is rich in rice flavor, sweet and strong, with an alcohol-free aftertaste and residual flavor. Just the way I like it.
I would definitely drink this one again.
The bites have been going on so long that I've been scared lately.
I can't believe how fast I'm running out of sake!
