An encounter that can only be described as completely coincidental. An encounter with sake.
I was in Katsuura, Chiba Prefecture, on business. I wanted to take some pictures and happened to wander into an alleyway where I found a sake brewery! A sake brewery right in front of me!
In the office in the front, fresh office workers were coming and going, and I could see sake bottles through the window, so I had a feeling that they might be selling sake directly.
Without a word of hesitation, we rushed in and bought a bottle of Narumi, while making a list of requests.
I had just had a glass of Kubota and was in the "I love sake! I was in a happy coincidence because I had just had a glass of Kubota and was in a "I love Nama-sake after all!
The brewer said, "It fizzes a lot, so be careful when you open the bottle! I was surprised when I drank it.
I was surprised when I drank it and wondered if it was champagne or sparkling wine.
It reminded me of Nagasaki's Hiran. Bubbles are also a taste, a character.
Fruity and refreshing, it is very refreshing and I would like to drink it in midsummer. It is not too sweet and has a crispness like a fine soda.
I can see why a sake brewed by the seaside would be loved more if it were refreshing.
Regrettably, we stored it horizontally, so about 100ml leaked out in one night and was given to the refrigerator. It was the same with Hiran.
It was a good sake experience.
