Sake made at Nakatani Sake Brewery's brewing experience in April 2023.
I drank a freshly made one last year and thought it was not to my liking, so I used it as a cooking sake. I thought I didn't like it, so I used it as a cooking sake, but there was only a little left, so I decided to try it and found it to be delicious.
It has a fruity aroma, gentle acidity, umami, and a little bitterness.
It was a fun brewing experience in Nara during the cherry blossom season.
