This bottle was selected from among the limited edition sake available in Akita Prefecture at the Akita Station liquor store.
The flavor of rice is typical of unfiltered junmai sake. It has a solid feel. It says it is recommended to drink cold, but I guess it can also be served lukewarm. It was gone before I could try it.
I remember seeing the president of Shinmasa when I went to a popular izakaya in front of the station.
