I've had the occasional spot of Akabu, but this is the first time I've had Junmai sake 🍶. I bought it because... To enjoy the freshness of the freshness Enjoy the freshness of the freshness of the sake and also enjoy the change in taste. I'll let it sit for a bit before turning it into a hot sake 🍶. I set a personal goal of enjoying this wine... but I'm posting it now after just opening it... 🤣. I don't feel it's that fresh... maybe because the Tenbi was fresh? LOL! I think it's a type of taste that can be enjoyed alone or during a meal 🤔. Fresh! but I'm looking forward to the hot sake to change the taste from here ✨

Drinking last night... just remembering it now was too satisfying 😭 I was the one who planned to bring my own I brought my own 🐸Tian Frog🐸 and Ohibai Spark🍾🍾. and a large sake sparkler 🍶. I won't say much about them because they all have different characteristics and are too good... I'm so excited to be able to have the 🐸 in my hand 😂. It was delicious! I had so much fun! Except for Kamo Kanehide...I can't get it 🥹.

I'd post the other drinks, but they're too good to post first 😋. It's that time of year again 😍 BY🍶 of Nama-no-Honshu Although I'm a local, I'm not familiar with the western side of the city😅. Sorry...this was one I should have had earlier 😳 Even the hi-ire had a freshness to it, but the nama is overflowing with freshness again 🤣. But still, you can taste the sweetness, it's not dry and the sharpness is nice and fast... good stuff to start with 👍 Fresh enough for the second day too!

Tasting event at our regular liquor store✨ However... car 🚗. After 3 years of using our own rice I finally got a taste that I am satisfied with! The taste is called "Kaminryu" 🐉. I have no choice but to buy it! The flavor is very smooth and refreshing, but it still has a little bit of a juiciness to it 👍. The pull is like a Ryuriki-like mid-meal alcohol growth 🐲🐲. It's simple and has a good amount of umami on it, so it's good! After the 4th day, the alcohol is too assertive and changes like a typical sake😅. I'll finish it on the 3rd day... or go to hot sake soon 🤔🍶.

This year's "Hiran" has many products that are not as good as last year's... but I still buy them... Open the bottle...pop! It's not as sweet as the other kijo sake 😳. Not too sweet, but just enough umami. It has a taste that is typical of Hiran. You can drink it for a long time without being persistent. The stability of Reborn is amazing! This year's Hiran is Nigori Nikkomaru Reborn cloudy I know 😍. Reborn cloudy should be stocked 🤔

The last raw 🦍 was so good that... I didn't hesitate to buy the fire-roasted 🦍 immediately 🍶. The difference is obvious 😳 No freshness 😆. It has a thicker texture and a little bit of a tangy taste......brown rice 🌾. What's amazing is that it's so peculiar and assertive, yet persistent in its pull 0️⃣✨ It's a quiet drink among the Macho series so far, but you can never be too careful 🤣. I'll drink it over the course of a week or so 😤. Day 4 of the series... I feel like I'm getting more relaxed as the days go by 🤔.

I love you in the chase series😘. Still not over aisansheng, but how 🤔 I love you 😘 Juice A little bitterness Quick to pull off Not as full of flavor as Aizan, but I like the concept ✨. On the third day, it's a bit more alcoholic (⤴️) and more sake-like, which is kind of like a Takeyoshi 💪. I guess it's the type you can finish on day 2 🍶.

I had a drink a while ago and... my memory 🥹. Speaking of Macho💪, the raw 🦍 was outstandingly delicious 🤔, but I remember feeling this one was a concept close to that 🦍. It has the cleanness of Yamada Nishiki but with a nice tangy taste to match ✨. This year, I'm talking about the macho chase, so the waitresses have it too 💁‍♂️ lol Thank you so much 😁.

What can I say...I bought it with the name... 🥹. Instagram info says Aizan and Yamadanishiki🤔? I'll try it and it's true that it's clean and refreshing and you can feel the sweetness of Aizan...it seems to come on pretty hard and there's a hint of sweetness in the Yamada... The impression is that it is more dry, with a little bitterness mixed in. When you breathe through your nose, you can feel the alcohol. I don't know if I multiplied it! 🤣 I don't think I'd repeat it if you factor in the price 😅.

I caught a red dragonfly this year 🤭. Last year I was hesitant and it flew away to another place, so it's been over a year ✨. Compared to the beetles, it feels more autumnal and refreshing! I'm going to leave the lemon 🍋 in place and take it easy... This is perfectly fine during the meal👍 Lazy after dinner is also never boring and eternal ♾️ I found myself... 🈳. I guess it's a good idea to be patient with the stag beetle and wait until fall 🤣.

What do you have in the food medium -? And bought it on your recommendation! All hiyaoroshi go well with meals, but my preference is from this area 🤔. On the first day, the initial impression is much fresher for a hiyaoroshi 😳. The lingering aftertaste is mild and moderate👍 The third day, it started to taste a little bit more drawn out, but it was one of those hiyaoroshi that changed my impression of hiyaoroshi again 🤭.

I know I'm late in posting this, but I took a flight in honor of October 1~! A typical Machida dish 😍! The costuming is also good! You can have it by itself 🍶. Just... don't leave it for a day 🥹. I wonder if the miscellaneous taste and alcohol increase from the 3rd day 😨. I was also worried about the original glasses... but I don't need that many glasses wipes 🤔 lol

Last year, I bought a cage without a cage, so this year I bought a cage with a cage. I heard that this is the last Halloween for Takachiyo. Momentum is important, isn't it? I was offered it out of the blue...and I was grateful to buy it...blech...so expensive! I couldn't help but say "pfft...that's too expensive! It has the sourness of a traditional sake brewed in a traditional sake brewery. It's not a clear image now, but you can feel the robust flavor and the pleasant acidity and lingering aftertaste like the original sake 🥹. Putting the price aside, this might be the best tasting Jikin in the series 🥰. It's also in the sake competition 🥈. The waiter told me to bring out the secret collection! I'm always grateful for that ✨

Macho series 💪. I'll catch up with you 😆. This time, Omachi and Aizan fijon 🍶. As described...Oumachi's punch and Aizan's umami...a fusion of the best of both worlds 😍. It has such a juicy taste, but it pulls away so quickly that you don't get tired and before you know it, it's gone 🤣...what a problem 🤣. I was wondering if it has been a week or so since it was opened.... What a way to expand the umami 😳. And no alcohol gain at all...too good ✨

I don't often buy food wine, but this year, if there is a sake competition, I will try it! I'll try it if there is a sake competition this year! I was told by a friend of mine that it is the most cost-effective sake for a meal ✨. It is indeed the "ultimate food sake" 😆. I drank about half a bottle a day for a long time... and it tastes the best today after about a week of drinking 😳. Sake is too deep 🤔.
