The clerk was very impressed... I personally have been avoiding the Wind Forest 🌳 because I don't like the changes on the second day. What do you read... ikakitori? 🤔 I'll leave the difficult things for you 🍶. First day Strong impact! But it goes down smoothly without being clingy 😍 Great balance of freshness and umami 😍. This is delicious 😋! Anxious 2nd day The freshness is gone on the surface, and the atmosphere is sluggish... but as you continue to drink... oh? The freshness returns a bit, and it's a bit on the dry side, but it stands out enough in a meal ✨. I may have to repeat this one👍 Toasting with sashimi from Iwakuni-oki (local 🤭) with Spanish Mackerel 🐟 from a fresh fish store 🍶. It is also fatty, shiny, firm, and very delicious 😱! I am so happy 🥰!

The flavor that is typical of "Hiraman" is not as strong as it was on the first day Freshness is perfect👍 I don't think it has enough flavor if you know about the year before last 😭. If they are the same cloudy color...hannahI would give the overall rating to Tenbi...😇 It's good...it's good...but I think it has more potential, so I'm looking forward to Nikkomaru Nama 😍.

Recently, one of my favorite breweries, Amami. As a native of Yamaguchi Prefecture, I'm very proud ✨. First day The supernatant has a delicious Amami flavor already! It's dry and has a nice kick to it. Yum! Mix in a little bit of orikura... Like a perfect average pentagon... no flaws to be found... delicious... Not as dry as Machida Not as dry as Machida, not as sweet as Takayo Right in the middle I think it's like the middle one. I have nothing to say...when should I go to the warehouse? It's definitely on my list 🚗🏠.

I had a drink last year and freaked out and ⚡️ repeat product 🔁. It's a Junmai Daiginjo, so it has the sweetness and umami of a Takachiyo-style sake. It has a sweet umami taste that is typical of Takachiyo. The usual "juwa" is a little bit matured. It has a beautiful pull that makes you think of a slightly dry sake. Delicious! But this year, I'm looking for variations in tastes 🔍. On the second day, I went for this one to heat up 🍶. ...the mouth is saturated with sweet umami 😍. The taste is very good to begin with, so by skipping the sake feeling a little, the lingering umami flavor passes down the throat and through the nose for a long time... 😍 This will be on repeat forever ✨

Different location, but a day trip to Shimane today: ♨️ So, I posted a moment of Chiyomusubi from nearby Tottori that I got from my brother 🍶. I drank it fresh in winter, but it's also delicious when fired 👍. It's very tasty with a tender texture. I'm not sure if it's the same as the other ones, but I'm sure it's not the same as the other ones. I'm going to try heating it up... 😳 I heated it up and it was... delicious 😍 I regret that I only had one gong left 😭

This is another challenge frame 🍶. I really want you to try this one! The clerk was so enthusiastic that I bought it out of curiosity 🫡. I bought it and immediately tasted it with the clerk 👍. Aroma...whiskey😳🥃. Initial taste...Sake with more acidity 🍶🥃🥃. Pull...somewhere in between 🤔🥃🍶. What is this sake 🤣? It has a hint of oak and sake flavor... strange 🤩. Day 2...soooo good😳 Atmosphere is more acidic sake 🍶. But the aroma is always barrel-aged 🥃. I want to enjoy sake with a whiskey like flavor in my nose Not sure about such a core clientele, but it was a great experience for a fun frame of mind ✨.

This is another challenge 👍 Recommended by the clerk🍶. I noticed later that... Similar flavors. Hiran, Abe, Senkori, Azuma Tsuru... I'll know later why I got hooked on the Tsubo 🤣. Almost no bitterness. No 🍋 like Sentori but clear drinking Nigori (nigori) is the active ingredient, so the oli flavor from the juices is perfect 😍. I drank too much on the first day, probably due to the 13 degrees... The second day, it seems a bit more like Sentori, but it has the same aftertaste and concept as Azuma Tsuru 🤔. This is on my checklist to check out: ☑️

I don't know when I drank it, but it is fire-roasted but juicy and fresh! Aizan's typical flavor😍. I tried my best to enjoy the taste change in about 6 days 👍 The last part of the bottle was a bit long, but the freshness and umami seemed to be fine after about 4 days 😳. Great sake with great stability 🍶.

Again, recommended by the clerk🍶. The staff recommended this time 🍶! The Aizan from Okura was also good, so no hesitation 👛. The first day, it was fresh, but I didn't like the lingering flavors that were somewhat habitual 🤔... The second day I thought it was fresh, but the freshness was almost maintained... 🤔. The spread of the flavor has also improved and the taste is better 😍. As expected, after 4 days, the alcohol taste is getting stronger.......it's Junmai....... So tomorrow I would like to try heating it up 🔥.

Zero, iki, iki, iki, iki, iki, iki... There are too many... lol! So I got the one recommended by an acquaintance. It was less fresh than I expected. It is more like a beautiful 🍋 that is typical of Senkou, but closer to water 🤔. After the second day, it didn't change that much and it's still an excellent Sentori 👨‍🎓 I'd like to drink other series zero if I can this year and compare ✨.

I want the waiter to experience this sake! I bought it due to a push from the store clerk who said In the past, I have drunk Okura, which has a negative image because of its habitual taste 🤔. I'm not sure about this one, but I gulped it down 😳. It has a habitual taste like Okura, but the aroma is reduced by the freshness and the unique flavor of Aizan! It is not too strong, but has a good extension.... Isn't it delicious? I was told that if you let it sit for a while it will change again....leave it for a few minutes and it will lose its hardness and become even easier to drink....you are a munchkin 🤣. The hot sake is also very mild and is a good playmate for those who want to take their time ✨. I think I'll be back next year 😆.

After the second day... Well, it was getting clean (or watery at best) and not to my personal taste 😅.

I visited the Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery during my trip to Nagasaki during the Bon Festival. I visited Hana-no-Kou Sake Brewery during my Obon trip to Nagasaki. Last travel sake 🍶. Slightly effervescent with a juppiness that is typical of the land of origin. I could feel the brown rice in the finish... 😳. Is this Kago unique? Not sure if this is unique or not, but I don't think there are many sundries that feel so much rice 🤔. Although the price is a little high, I sincerely hope that you give priority to domestic rather than overseas production 🥹. I think there is no other sake that goes so well with champagne 🍾 and I appreciate it on its own... delicious 😋.

I've always been interested in this limited edition liquor store. I've been curious about it, but have been putting it off because of the dominance of others😅. I have an impression that it is dry, but I don't know how it is! The aroma is gorgeous and sweet. Well then 🙏. Juwapiti! A little spicy with a hint of spiciness. The pull is gentle... I have the impression that it's more like a spicy Kinjaku... delicious 😍. Personally, I'd like to see a little more acidity involved, but maybe that's a local thing, but Yamaguchi sake is excellent ✨.

I've had the occasional spot of Akabu, but this is the first time I've had Junmai sake 🍶. I bought it because... I set a personal goal of enjoying this wine... but I'm posting it now after just opening it... 🤣. I don't feel it's that fresh... maybe because the Tenbi was fresh? LOL! I think it's a type of taste that can be enjoyed alone or during a meal 🤔. Fresh! but I'm looking forward to the hot sake to change the taste from here ✨

Drinking last night... just remembering it now was too satisfying 😭 I was the one who planned to bring my own I brought my own 🐸Tian Frog🐸 and Ohibai Spark🍾🍾. and a large sake sparkler 🍶. I won't say much about them because they all have different characteristics and are too good... I'm so excited to be able to have the 🐸 in my hand 😂. It was delicious! I had so much fun! Except for Kamo Kanehide...I can't get it 🥹.

I'd post the other drinks, but they're too good to post first 😋. It's that time of year again 😍 BY🍶 of Nama-no-Honshu Although I'm a local, I'm not familiar with the western side of the city😅. Sorry...this was one I should have had earlier 😳 Even the hi-ire had a freshness to it, but the nama is overflowing with freshness again 🤣. But still, you can taste the sweetness, it's not dry and the sharpness is nice and fast... good stuff to start with 👍 Fresh enough for the second day too!

Tasting event at our regular liquor store✨ However... car 🚗. After 3 years of using our own rice I finally got a taste that I am satisfied with! The taste is called "Kaminryu" 🐉. I have no choice but to buy it! The flavor is very smooth and refreshing, but it still has a little bit of a juiciness to it 👍. The pull is like a Ryuriki-like mid-meal alcohol growth 🐲🐲. It's simple and has a good amount of umami on it, so it's good! After the 4th day, the alcohol is too assertive and changes like a typical sake😅. I'll finish it on the 3rd day... or go to hot sake soon 🤔🍶.

This year's "Hiran" has many products that are not as good as last year's... but I still buy them... Open the bottle...pop! It's not as sweet as the other kijo sake 😳. Not too sweet, but just enough umami. It has a taste that is typical of Hiran. You can drink it for a long time without being persistent. The stability of Reborn is amazing! This year's Hiran is Nigori Nikkomaru Reborn cloudy I know 😍. Reborn cloudy should be stocked 🤔
