Satisfaction level ★★★☆☆☆☆
Sake-no-wa app recommended this wine, so I went to "Sake-no-Masaruya" in Machida to buy it.
When the bottle is opened, it has a light sweet aroma and a slightly bitter flavor.
In the mouth, it has a light sweetness, strong umami, strong acidity, and bitterness, and it finishes quickly.
It is like a ripe ruby grapefruit without the aftertaste.
The umami is strong and crisp with a strong flavor.
The impression does not change at all even if it is served as a food wine.
It is delicious. However, there is something a little lacking.
If it is meant to be drunk as a mealtime drink rather than as a stand-alone sake, would it be a good match for Nagasaki food?
I've never had it before, so I don't know what Nagasaki's seasoning is.
