まさし
Satisfaction: ★★★★☆
I had a glass of Akamu's Sake Mirai, which I had purchased some time ago.
When the bottle is opened, the aroma is sweet and tropical.
In the mouth, the tropical aroma, thickening, and clear sweet flavor spread, followed by a soft acidity and finally a rough bitterness that quickly dissipates.
It reminds me a little of Jyushiyo and is delicious.
It is also good as an aperitif, but it has a bit too much umami and interferes a bit with the meal, and it has a rough aftertaste, so it gets one point less.
I have had Sake Mirai from many different breweries, and all of them are delicious.
Once again, Sake Mirai may be great.
