This is the first Red Diamond in two years, and the label is red like the Girls' Festival.
When the bottle is opened, it has a fruity aroma like Kangiku.
The sake has a small bubble on the top of the bottle.
When you sip it, the strong sweetness is followed by sourness, which is quickly cut off.
The balance of aroma, sweetness and acidity is strawberry-like.
It is like strawberry juice, but it has a nice sharpness, so you can't help but drink it in gulps.
I don't know if the flavor is different depending on the year or the lot, but it tastes like strawberry, not apple as it did three years ago.
When used as a food sake, it has a bitter aftertaste. It seems to be best as an aperitif, which is unusual for Kangiku.
Whether it is Denshogiku or True Red, he seems to prefer red labels.
I know without a doubt that they are delicious, so I try sake that I don't know even if it is off the beaten path, but sometimes I want to go back to Kangiku.
I find myself drinking Kangiku the most because it is available at Koyama Shoten.
