This drink is a tradition every summer! As the name suggests, I love the shwashy, slightly sweet fizzy taste ♥ When I sip it for the first time in a year, the taste comes back to my mouth every year. I love the way the taste comes back to my mouth after a year's absence.

When I think of the most delicious sake I've had in recent years, the first thing that comes to mind is "Yoshidagura u". As someone who also promotes the sake rice Hyakumangoku No Shiro, I buy this sake whenever I see it at the liquor store! I became even more of a fan last year after hearing the young president of the Yoshida Sake Brewery talk about his passion for sake brewing! The low alcohol content of 13% al makes it light on the palate and easy to drink! Menchikatsu (fried pork cutlets) is my favorite snack.

Toyo Bijin using Yamaguchi Prefecture's own sake rice, "Saito no Shizuku I originally love the taste of Toyo Bijin, but I feel that it has a little more rice sweetness than others. It's wrapped in newspaper, but that's the label✋a clear bottle wrapped in newspaper, with the product label on top of the newspaper for a unique look! I couldn't help but look twice at it at the liquor store (lol). The taste is moderately spicy with a fruity ginjo aroma. This is my first Ehime sake, but it's good.

When I traveled to Akita Prefecture in the past, the bus guide of the sightseeing bus I was on listed "Hiduyoshi" as his favorite brand. At the time, I was not that fond of sake, so I passed it up. When I stopped by a nearby liquor store, it was in stock, so I bought it on impulse (laugh). As the name suggests, this sake is made by mixing moromi with a blender to make it finer. It's like yogurt, but not too sweet, and the spiciness follows afterwards, making it easy to drink (^^) According to the liquor store People who are addicted to this sake will be repeaters for a long time. I can understand that.

I have been wanting to try Sanzen Sakura for a while. It is a Hokkaido sake and I was wondering when I would be able to drink it, but my local liquor store had it in stock. Limited edition sake made to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Asahikawa's "Peace Shopping Park," the nation's first pedestrian-only road. It's not Hokkaido where I live, but why was the limited edition sake in stock at my local liquor store? It's a mystery. lol The label design is by an illustrator who is active in Hokkaido... I like the Fujiko A Fujio-like illustration (^^) It has a refreshing taste with a melon-type flavor.

I bought this sake because it is rare to see Hokkaido sake in my hometown. I bought it last spring. Maybe that's why it was relatively cheap. Junmai Ginjo made from 100% Hokkaido rice called "Kitashizuku When you put it in your mouth, the sweet flavor comes first, but the spiciness comes later for a moment, and then it quickly wears off.

I bought Yoshida Kurau's seasonal products when they came out. Hallo & Goodbye" in spring Night & Dance" in summer in the summer. Yoshida Kurau's masterpiece The liquor store introduced it as "the best work of Yoshida Kurau", so my expectations were high. In the mouth, you can taste a pineapple-like ginjo aroma, followed by a pleasant spiciness. It's like a rice wine! I served it with fried egg and natto as a side dish.

Sake that an acquaintance of mine received as a gift on a trip to Yamagata. This acquaintance drank this sake in Yamagata and ran out of 2 gou of it in no time... When you put it in your mouth, the ginjo aroma comes first, followed by the spiciness, and then it is cut off. It was cold today, so I tried it with yudofu (tofu). I have tried other sake breweries that use Dewa Sanzu, and they are all delicious.

I had been interested in this sake for several years, but every time I went to a liquor store, I was always tempted by other brands and could not buy it (laugh). I finally bought it! Don't keep it in the fridge. Don't judge this sake by the first sip. It has a unique flavor, so drink a little at a time to get your palate used to it. Let it air out after opening the cork. And so on... Sake with a lot of advice from the brewery (laughs) When drinking in large quantities, I recommend 1-2 weeks after opening the bottle. I opened the bottle and put it in a corner of the room, tasting a sip every two days, and today is the 8th day. It's true that the flavor is mellowing! It's interesting to see the sweetness coming out as the days go by! It's fun to feel like I'm nurturing the sake. I didn't know sake could be enjoyed this way!

This is delicious!

Bamboo leaves after a long time This sake is a collaboration with a group of local university students called N Project. The label design was also thought up by the university student group. It's refreshing and has a bit of a lactobacillus-type flavor, I think. I like Takeba's "Okunoto," so I guess I am pulled by that image (laughs). Low alcohol (al 11%), easy to drink!

In August, all the employees tasted the sake and decided to buy the one from the tank that they had decided to buy. and shipped the one from the tank we decided on. I bought this sake after hearing this episode. I also wished for good luck in my current job! It is a little spicy compared to the sake I usually drink, but the balance of flavor and freshness, including the spiciness, is amazing! It seems to go well with any snacks without interfering with them! Tomorrow is the local autumn festival, so I'm celebrating the night before.

Junmai Daiginjo of Tedorigawa using "Hyakumangoku No Shiro" sake rice, which is my personal favorite. Today, I had a chance to listen to Mr. Yoshida, the president of Yoshida Sake Brewery, and I was so impressed by his passion for sake brewing that I'm going to share it with you tonight (^^) After listening to the thoughts of the brewer, the taste is exceptional! It is a junmai daiginjo spec, so you can taste the ginjo aroma, but it also has a spicy and refreshing flavor, and the taste is well-balanced! I like the balance of Tetorigawa the best among the sake made with Hyakumangoku No Shiro.
