Souvenir from my partner who traveled to Hyogo Prefecture He said it tastes great cold or heated, so we opened the bottle and had it cold. It was indeed a little spicy, with the flavor of rice spreading through the bottle. Delicious! As the name suggests, it would go well with sea bream sashimi or something similar as a side dish. I wonder if it would go well with Japanese food. Next time I'll drink it lukewarm 🍶.

Sake from Ibaraki after a long time The previous sake I had was a Tochigi sake made from Omachi, so I decided to have another Omachi sake! I heard from the liquor store that it tastes good warmed up a little, so I tried it cold and lukewarm 🍶. It is true that the sake is delicious when drunk cold, with its ginjo aroma and dry taste, but when drunk warm, you can feel the flavor of the rice spreading on your palate. We enjoyed it with Satsuma-age (fried fish cake) as a side dish.

I made homemade vinegared mackerel, so I went to the liquor store to find the right sake to go with it! I was attracted by the name "Umizuki" and the moon on the lapel, and when I looked at the back of the lapel, I saw that it goes well with seafood, so I bought it. The liquor store said, "It's a limited edition of the first grandchild! When drunk cold, it is not too spicy nor too sweet, but has a nice balance of flavors. When you put it in your mouth after eating vinegared mackerel or grilled mackerel, it goes well with the mackerel that has fat on it! I thought KAIGETSU was "jellyfish", but it is "umitsuki", isn't it?

As the name Akebono suggests, Toyama sake with a distinctive sunrise label. This is a sake from Himi City, famous for its cold yellowtail, It is a dry brand of sake from the sea, but the fruity taste of Junmai Daiginjo adds a nice salty flavor. When it is cooled down to a crisp, the fruity flavor stands out and the spiciness comes later, and when it comes to room temperature, the spiciness becomes more noticeable. I had it with hot tofu and spinach with sesame paste as a side dish✨.

Enjoy hiyaoroshi in conjunction with local autumn festivals! I thought it would be a summer festival, but it was so hot (high temp. 34°C) that I thought it would be a summer festival. But it was so hot (high temperature of 34 degrees Celsius) that I thought it would be a summer festival! I personally think it is the best summer sake, Yoshida Kurau's Night&Dance. I love the low alcohol content and the refreshing minerality! It's going to be hot for a while yet, so I'll be drinking this for dinner for a while!

I bought it again this year, attracted by the cute label of a cat cooling off in the evening during a heat wave. It's refreshing and you can drink it all the time. The slight bitterness that comes afterwards is also an accent 🍶. The label says, "Everyone who loves cats and sake is a good person. I'm a dog person. Like the cat on the label, I'm going to enjoy the cool of the evening while sipping slowly and leisurely with a side of fried burdock with sweet and spicy sauce ✨.

What do you mean by "evil"? and I bought it because of the naming and the cute little devil label design! Not too sweet, not too spicy, just the right balance. And the fruity feeling comes moderately. The side dish was a piece of guts of a basyo marlin with vinegared miso, which was given to me by a fisherman I know! Fisherman's rice that is hard to find 🐟. The fisherman told me, "You can't call yourself a 'sake drinker' if you don't drink sake with this. I'm trying it right away 🍶.

The last time I drank Hana Yuu's "Junmai Ginjo Omachi" was delicious, so next time I bought a different sake rice, "Junmai Rikuwada" 🍶. I had never heard of Rikuwada sake rice before, but I heard it is quite rare! The aroma was subdued, sweet and spicy at the same time, and I enjoyed the difference from the Omachi version ♫. The Omachi version was a great change in flavor after a few days in the fridge after opening the bottle, so I'm going to let this one sit in the fridge for a few days.

Hana Yuu, which I have been wanting to try for a long time. At a liquor store I often go to, When I heard that it was finally in stock, I went to buy it! I was surprised to find that everyone else at Sake-no-Wa was raving about it, It's delicious! The sweetness comes in a flash and goes away quickly. This feeling is so enjoyable that in no time at all the sake cup is empty 🍶. Rather than wondering what to serve with it, I would rather enjoy the taste of this sake on its own, unencumbered by other flavors. That's the kind of sake I want to enjoy by itself, unencumbered by other flavors.

It's been a long time since Sogen's pure drunken innocence The word "Sogen" on the label is cool. As the name implies, "starting out with a pure and innocent heart", it is sometimes given as a housewarming or construction celebration in my hometown in Ishikawa Prefecture! I got this from a liquor store (lol). I drank it cooled to a crisp, and it was easy to drink with a distinctly refreshing taste. As it returns to room temperature, the spiciness gradually comes to the fore and this process is enjoyable ♫. I've aged to the point where I can no longer honestly say that it is pure and innocent, but as a person who is renewing my mind for a fresh start, this may be the perfect sake for me 🍶.

Chicara for a long time The semi-label is cute☆. The taste of malic acid, or perhaps it is the taste of the malic acid, is so refreshing that it doesn't interfere with the food. It fits the name of "Summer Jungin" perfectly! We had it with sauteed Spanish mackerel sautéed in butter and marinated red squid as a side dish! Mitsui no Kotobuki can be enjoyed again after a few days of drinking, so I look forward to opening the bottle every time.

The best sake I drank last year. It is no exaggeration to say that "Tedorigawa u Night&Dance" was the best sake I drank last year. I bought it because it was on sale again this year ♫ It's light and refreshing with low alcohol (al9), but you can still taste the Junmai Daiginjo-class flavor. The image of dancing on a summer night fits perfectly! Yakitori and sashimi of red squid were served as side dishes.

When I think of the most delicious sake I've had in recent years, the first thing that comes to mind is "Yoshidagura u". As someone who also promotes the sake rice Hyakumangoku No Shiro, I buy this sake whenever I see it at the liquor store! I became even more of a fan last year after hearing the young president of the Yoshida Sake Brewery talk about his passion for sake brewing! The low alcohol content of 13% al makes it light on the palate and easy to drink! Menchikatsu (fried pork cutlets) is my favorite snack.

Toyo Bijin using Yamaguchi Prefecture's own sake rice, "Saito no Shizuku I originally love the taste of Toyo Bijin, but I feel that it has a little more rice sweetness than others. Is this a characteristic of Saito no Shizuku? I served it with simmered vegetables and fried chicken flavored with yuzu pepper as a snack (*^^*).
