The last time I drank Hana Yuu's "Junmai Ginjo Omachi" was delicious, so next time I bought a different sake rice, "Junmai Rikuwada" 🍶.
I had never heard of Rikuwada sake rice before, but I heard it is quite rare!
The aroma was subdued, sweet and spicy at the same time, and I enjoyed the difference from the Omachi version ♫.
The Omachi version was a great change in flavor after a few days in the fridge after opening the bottle, so I'm going to let this one sit in the fridge for a few days.
