Yoshida Kurau" Kijo-zake made with Hyakumangoku No Shiro, which I personally recommend.
Normal? I think it is a little sweeter than Yoshida Kurau, which uses Hyakumangoku No Shiro.
But it's not too sweet, and the sweetness is refreshing, so it's delicious!
I drank it with cheese and stewed hamburger steak 🍶.

When I stopped by the sake shop I usually go to, there was a line and I couldn't help but buy it!

It's a series of "Concept Worker's Selection". I like the design of this series...(^^) I heard that the label was designed by a designer who once designed the package of Pocky.
The fruity taste is quite sweet.

This year's New Year's drink is a sinzuchida🍶 that I've had in the air since Christmas or so.
I prefer the taste on the 10th day after airing, but I'm looking forward to the change in taste from the 7th day, so I'll be serving it with New Year's dishes on the 3rd day 😊.

I bought a bottle of "Sakasui no Dawn" with reservations when I heard that it had been renewed 🍶.
The taste is great because it is easy to drink with a sweet and tangy flavor, but the best thing is the label!

I want to fill it with water and display it even after I'm done drinking!

Suitama" means "emerald" in Japanese!

Hanamup, which I had drunk before and became a fan of, stopped by the liquor store and there were only two bottles left of the 4-gos. bottle size, so I bought it on impulse (laugh).

Personally, Yoshida Kurau is the best new brand I've had in recent years.
Among them, this "Night & Dance", which is shipped every summer, is my favorite!

One of my favorite drinks to drink every summer.
Dewazuru Clammbon
Until last year, it was basically fire-aged, but this year they started serving it fresh.
The character in Kenji Miyazawa's children's story "Yamanashi (Wild Pear)", which is also in elementary school textbooks, is a character in this sake. The sake is named after Clammbon, so you can feel the fruitiness and freshness 🍶.
I think the story ends with a story about a wild pear that turns into sake when it sinks into the river.

I was able to buy it again this year
It's a little dry, but it's easy to drink with a melon flavor and a slight bubbly taste that I like.
It's better to drink it as soon as possible, so I'll be drinking it every night for a while.

I enjoyed the Takeyuki I had before, so I saw it at a liquor store and bought a repeat bottle 🍶.
The last one I drank was ogara-mi nama, but this time it was direct-drafted nama.

The mash of "Takeba" that was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake was rescued, and the Yoshida Sake Brewery of "Tetorigawa" completed it as sake and sold it.
When I heard this story, I thought I had to buy it as a sake drinker to support the disaster area (laugh), so I bought it!
What was my first impression?
I didn't know Takeba tasted like this.... I didn't know Takeba tasted like this? I thought. Well, it is not that I drink Takeba all the time. Also, is it because the sake rice used is "Ishikawamon"?
It's refreshing, easy to drink, and keeps the cup flowing.

Shin Tsuchida because there was a celebration.
I opened the bottle a week ago to coincide with this day and let it air out (^^).
Maybe after 10 days or so it will taste more to my liking, but since it was a celebration, we all toasted 🍶.
It's really interesting how it gets better as the days go by! You can taste the flavor of the rice and it becomes mellow.
I love the way it makes you feel like you're nurturing the sake~!
