I bought a bottle of "Sakasui no Dawn" with reservations when I heard that it had been renewed 🍶. The taste is great because it is easy to drink with a sweet and tangy flavor, but the best thing is the label! The best thing is the label! The picture may not do it justice, but it's exactly "Ake no Sora"! I want to fill it with water and display it even after I'm done drinking! I heard that after a few days of opening the bottle, the gassy feeling will disappear and the flavor will become rounder, so I'm looking forward to that too!

I drank "Suiyu" by Ryoseki Shuzo of "Hana Yuu"! Suitama" means "emerald" in Japanese! According to the liquor store where I bought it, this Kame-no-o Suitama is very rare and precious! We got a lot of horse mackerels that we caught in the morning, so we decided to make "Nameko" and then sake (Japanese rice wine)! So I bought a bottle of Tetorigawa Junmai Daiginjo Hiyoroshi at the liquor store! Delicious as always!

One of the best drinks to drink in the summer 🍶. Personally, Yoshida Kurau is the best new brand I've had in recent years. One of my favorite drinks to drink every summer. Dewazuru Clammbon Until last year, it was basically fire-aged, but this year they started serving it fresh. The character in Kenji Miyazawa's children's story "Yamanashi (Wild Pear)", which is also in elementary school textbooks, is a character in this sake. The sake is named after Clammbon, so you can feel the fruitiness and freshness 🍶. I think the story ends with a story about a wild pear that turns into sake when it sinks into the river.

One of my favorite sake to drink every summer Kamikimoto's "Shuwaji I was able to buy it again this year It's a little dry, but it's easy to drink with a melon flavor and a slight bubbly taste that I like. It's better to drink it as soon as possible, so I'll be drinking it every night for a while.

I enjoyed the Takeyuki I had before, so I saw it at a liquor store and bought a repeat bottle 🍶. The last one I drank was ogara-mi nama, but this time it was direct-drafted nama. The cat label and the name are cute! The taste is still the same balance of fruity and spiciness that I like! I will buy this again!

Senkouichou means "the voice of a crane. Junmai Daiginjo-class Senkyu The description on the label shows the brewer's confidence in this sake. The light ginjo aroma and flavor is my personal favorite 🍶 It has a premium feel and is a very satisfying sake.

The mash of "Takeba" that was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake was rescued, and the Yoshida Sake Brewery of "Tetorigawa" completed it as sake and sold it. When I heard this story, I thought I had to buy it as a sake drinker to support the disaster area (laugh), so I bought it! What was my first impression? I didn't know Takeba tasted like this.... I didn't know Takeba tasted like this? I thought. Well, it is not that I drink Takeba all the time. Also, is it because the sake rice used is "Ishikawamon"? It's refreshing, easy to drink, and keeps the cup flowing.

Shin Tsuchida because there was a celebration. I opened the bottle a week ago to coincide with this day and let it air out (^^). Maybe after 10 days or so it will taste more to my liking, but since it was a celebration, we all toasted 🍶. It's really interesting how it gets better as the days go by! You can taste the flavor of the rice and it becomes mellow. I love the way it makes you feel like you're nurturing the sake~!

I've always wanted to try Takeyuki. Every time I went to a liquor store, they were sold out... Finally I was able to buy it. I thought the heart and cat on the label were cute, but it's a Concept Workers Selection sake! As I thought, the lapel of this series is very tasteful! The taste is fruity, gorgeous and a little gassy! Delicious ♥ I'll drink it as soon as possible!

Souvenir from my partner who traveled to Hyogo Prefecture He said it tastes great cold or heated, so we opened the bottle and had it cold. It was indeed a little spicy, with the flavor of rice spreading through the bottle. Delicious! As the name suggests, it would go well with sea bream sashimi or something similar as a side dish. Sake from Ibaraki after a long time The previous sake I had was a Tochigi sake made from Omachi, so I decided to have another Omachi sake! I heard from the liquor store that it tastes good warmed up a little, so I tried it cold and lukewarm 🍶. It is true that the sake is delicious when drunk cold, with its ginjo aroma and dry taste, but when drunk warm, you can feel the flavor of the rice spreading on your palate. I made homemade vinegared mackerel, so I went to the liquor store to find the right sake to go with it! I was attracted by the name "Umizuki" and the moon on the lapel, and when I looked at the back of the lapel, I saw that it goes well with seafood, so I bought it. The liquor store said, "It's a limited edition of the first grandchild! When drunk cold, it is not too spicy nor too sweet, but has a nice balance of flavors. When you put it in your mouth after eating vinegared mackerel or grilled mackerel, it goes well with the mackerel that has fat on it! I thought KAIGETSU was "jellyfish", but it is "umitsuki", isn't it?

This is a sake from Himi City, famous for its cold yellowtail, It is a dry brand of sake from the sea, but the fruity taste of Junmai Daiginjo adds a nice salty flavor. When it is cooled down to a crisp, the fruity flavor stands out and the spiciness comes later, and when it comes to room temperature, the spiciness becomes more noticeable. I had it with hot tofu and spinach with sesame paste as a side dish✨.
