Every summer, we always want to drink Yoshida Kurau's Night & Dance🍶. This time it's a version in collaboration with UNITEDARROWS! It was inspired by the image of dancing lightly, so I feel it is more refreshing than usual.

Yoshida Kurau" Kijo-zake made with Hyakumangoku No Shiro, which I personally recommend. Normal? I think it is a little sweeter than Yoshida Kurau, which uses Hyakumangoku No Shiro. But it's not too sweet, and the sweetness is refreshing, so it's delicious! I drank it with cheese and stewed hamburger steak 🍶.

I have always wanted to try Kumamoto's sake "Karo". When I stopped by the sake shop I usually go to, there was a line and I couldn't help but buy it! It is a spring sake with a soft and gorgeous flavor that spreads softly 🍶! I had it with chicken nanban as a side dish!

I was told that it is a delicate sake and should be consumed as soon as possible after opening the bottle, so I drank more than usual...

I bought the jackets at a liquor store. It's a series of "Concept Worker's Selection". I like the design of this series...(^^) I heard that the label was designed by a designer who once designed the package of Pocky. The fruity taste is quite sweet. It also has a unique sour taste.

Happy New Year This year's New Year's drink is a sinzuchida🍶 that I've had in the air since Christmas or so. I prefer the taste on the 10th day after airing, but I'm looking forward to the change in taste from the 7th day, so I'll be serving it with New Year's dishes on the 3rd day 😊.

I bought a bottle of "Sakasui no Dawn" with reservations when I heard that it had been renewed 🍶. The taste is great because it is easy to drink with a sweet and tangy flavor, but the best thing is the label! The best thing is the label! The picture may not do it justice, but it's exactly "Ake no Sora"! I want to fill it with water and display it even after I'm done drinking! I heard that after a few days of opening the bottle, the gassy feeling will disappear and the flavor will become rounder, so I'm looking forward to that too!

I drank "Suiyu" by Ryoseki Shuzo of "Hana Yuu"! Suitama" means "emerald" in Japanese! According to the liquor store where I bought it, this Kame-no-o Suitama is very rare and precious! He said it is very rare and precious! From the name "Hanayuup", it seems to be a little bit refreshing. We had it with stir-fried vegetables and pumpkin stew!

One of my favorite drinks to drink every summer. Dewazuru Clammbon Until last year, it was basically fire-aged, but this year they started serving it fresh. The character in Kenji Miyazawa's children's story "Yamanashi (Wild Pear)", which is also in elementary school textbooks, is a character in this sake. The sake is named after Clammbon, so you can feel the fruitiness and freshness 🍶. I think the story ends with a story about a wild pear that turns into sake when it sinks into the river.

The mash of "Takeba" that was damaged by the Noto Peninsula earthquake was rescued, and the Yoshida Sake Brewery of "Tetorigawa" completed it as sake and sold it. When I heard this story, I thought I had to buy it as a sake drinker to support the disaster area (laugh), so I bought it! What was my first impression? I didn't know Takeba tasted like this.... I didn't know Takeba tasted like this? I thought. Well, it is not that I drink Takeba all the time. Also, is it because the sake rice used is "Ishikawamon"? It's refreshing, easy to drink, and keeps the cup flowing.

Shin Tsuchida because there was a celebration. I opened the bottle a week ago to coincide with this day and let it air out (^^). Maybe after 10 days or so it will taste more to my liking, but since it was a celebration, we all toasted 🍶. It's really interesting how it gets better as the days go by! You can taste the flavor of the rice and it becomes mellow. I love the way it makes you feel like you're nurturing the sake~!
