I was told it was a limited edition, so I went for the Shi-U, which I've recently become addicted to. It's a turtle tail! I love it so much ❤️ Fruity sweetness of pineapple-melon type. A bitterness that lingers a bit. Delicious!

A freshly pressed sake arrived this morning at a nearby liquor store! It's a strong liquor, it says 18 degrees. It's more like rum than fruit. It's very sweet on the first sip, but then it hits you with a strong thump.

I had a sparkling wine for an anniversary drink at home. This is the first time for me to drink Kido at home. It's an oddball, but it's good. Silky oily, strong fizziness. Ginjo aroma. It has little sweetness and goes well with a meal.

Shooting beauty! The beauty of shooting! Took me 2 years to buy it lol. It has a firm sweet aroma and a light mouthfeel. Unlike the Junmai Ginjo from ikimi, it has a sour taste. Then comes the bitterness that is typical of this year. I love ending with bitterness, so it's a nice encounter.
