I had a sparkling wine for an anniversary drink at home. This is the first time for me to drink Kido at home. It's an oddball, but it's good. Silky oily, strong fizziness. Ginjo aroma. It has little sweetness and goes well with a meal.

A new one for the crop! Bought a lovely 300ml bottle. Firmly sweet with a little lingering bitterness. Nice. The aroma is sweet and fruity too. As expected.

Shooting beauty! The beauty of shooting! Took me 2 years to buy it lol. It has a firm sweet aroma and a light mouthfeel. Unlike the Junmai Ginjo from ikimi, it has a sour taste. Then comes the bitterness that is typical of this year. I love ending with bitterness, so it's a nice encounter.

Purchased in Osaka. Skippy modern sake! It was slightly carbonated. Nama-shu is good. Sourness, rummy, and sweetness are pretty good. Sake-like taste is strong.

Usual stores Summer! Is this my first time in Yokoyama? Summer sake! Slightly rummy. Maybe not so much of a ginjo flavor. A modern sake that can be drunk neatly. Sweetness is there.

Osaka usual restaurant. Junmai Ginjo sake from Tasake after a long time. Fruity and well balanced! Delicious bitterness in the aftertaste. I like it. It is fruity.

Souvenirs from Hakata! This is the second bottle of sansho I've been curious about. It's like Kaze no Mori. It is refreshing, slightly carbonated, and delicious! Not too much like white wine. This is sake. Good!
