UrazatoPROTOTYPE5
おうどんパン
The first one in August is Prototype 5 in Urasato!
I'm kind of looking forward to it since it's already out every year. w
This time, they challenged the "Sanshoku Yuhi yeast yeast", which was discontinued in the early Meiji era... They brewed amazake with rice malt and steamed rice, and added lactic acid bacteria (U2 strain) with the brewery.
Of course, it is a test brew! I'm looking forward to it!
As the label says, it has a light sweetness with moderate acidity, and the alcohol content is 12%, which makes it seem quite easy to drink... but it has a strong aftertaste.
The first impression is that it is light and easy to drink. It's rather interesting how it develops after making you think it's light and easy to drink.
Whatever the case may be, it tastes good after all! That's all I can say... I'm looking forward to next year!

Hi Oudonpan 🐦.
This was the first Urasato I drank, and as you say, it's not only light but also very drinkable and delicious!
I see you have a test brew out every year😳.

Hi Pon! Thanks for your comment 🥰.
I'm not sure how many prototypes you have... lol
We have other drinks that are delicious too, so please give them a try 😊.
