KinoenemasamuneBYAKUYA 白夜
おうどんパン
There is no night that does not dawn! (true to form)
So, the first event of July will be "Byakuya" in Koshi!
Just like the midnight sun, which has no boundary between day and night, they want people to enjoy themselves without being bound by conventional rules, so they are not disclosing any information!
Oh... this...! This is...! It's quite a light sake!
The sweetness comes first, followed by a bit of sourness, then bitterness, and then it goes in very smoothly.
The sweetness lingers for a long time in the aftertaste.
It's too hot to drink much sake this time of year, but if you chill it well, it goes down smoothly!
Personally, I would have been happy if it had a little more acidity...but it is more than enough to make a delicious sake!
