It's a post-birthday party, so you can have a drink! (Greetings) So, since we can now buy brewed forest right around the corner, we abducted the Jun Dai Yamada Nishiki! Unlike Jungin and Jun Dai, the bird flying around is cute! The taste is... oh... sweeter than the other ones I've had so far! It has a sourness that is unique to the brewing forest, but it also has a sweetness that is elegant and has a rummy taste. I was drinking Jungin until just yesterday, but this is something completely different... However, the price is a little expensive! At over 3,000 yen for a four-pack, I don't think I'll be able to drink it that often, but I'm sure you won't regret drinking it! Well...thank you for starting to sell it near me!

Today is my birthday. So, I think I'll serve some Nichinichi no Homasu that I've been saving from Imameya's hanpukai series! The taste is...just acidity! Sourness! Sourness! It's so sour that it's almost like lemon squash! It's like a lemon squash! I love it so much that I don't even have to say that I'm a sucker for sourness! I can't believe how much more acidity there is in Hoso...yum! I'm glad I got to experience it because I missed out on drinking Hana-no-Ko-san's stuff!

A can of Tasake that had been on my mind for a while! I found it and abducted it without question! When I drank from the can... the can is made thin, so it feels good on the palate! I'm a person who likes to be picky when it comes to sake containers, but I don't have much of a problem with it... It's not a thin glass, but the part where it hits the mouth is very well made. The taste of the sake itself...not so good! Basically, this is sweet water... I feel like it's been a while since I've had this kind of drink, but it's not bad, and the aftertaste is not too sweet! But the aftertaste is not bad, and the sweetness is drinkable without feeling dull. The 180ml size is also just right! Anyway, I'm impressed with the design of the can!

Good evening, udon buns 😃 We've been wondering about them too, but haven't come across them yet 😃. We are also curious about it but haven't come across it yet 🥲I'm sure it tastes good, but it's great that you've put some thought into the can's mouthpiece 👍Makes me want to drink it more and more 😙.

At last, Yoshida Kura is also a UA collaborator! (Shocking!) I was surprised that not only Sentori but also Yoshidagura collaborated with UA. I realized that it was a kijoshu just before I opened my mouth...wow! Although it is a kijoshu, the sweetness is not too strong and the acidity is more noticeable. As the description says, it has a grape-like flavor, but the sweetness is moderate, so it is quite refreshing! Even if you don't like kijoshu, I think you can enjoy this one for sure! It's a good match!

Sakura nigori from Sanzen Sakura! I got it because it was recommended by the jackets and the store owner! It's already summer, but let's enjoy Sakura, shall we? The label on the bottle tells you to be careful when opening the bottle, and when I bought it, they even gave me a leaflet on how to open the bottle, so I was very nervous.... But after a few times, the bottle opened rather easily! Compared to the Sake Mother of Sacred Sake, the difficulty level was much lower, which made me feel a bit discouraged. The taste... this is good! The sweetness is like a candy (I wonder if it's understandable...) and the acidity is not as much as it is said to be, and the carbonation makes it drinkable and refreshing. The aftertaste is a light residual sweetness, with almost no bitterness, and I think this is a sake that will stick with sake beginners! If you ask me if it has a cherry flavor... the sweetness may have a cherry taste...? But if you take a closer look at it, it's Aizan... so it's sweet... Overall, it's a delicious sake, a little expensive, but I think it's worth it!

Hello, Tsushimaya-san! I can't help it if he says it's wine yeast...! Enjoy the summer with the southern winds! I'm going to be blown away when I open the bottle! Oh my God, he's so energetic... I almost had a heart attack! It's slightly sparkling, so it's a bit sweet and sour with a hint of banana, and while the sweetness is unique, the sharpness is secured by a light bitterness. The quality of the sweetness is a bit unique, but if I had no complaints about this, it would be a good sake for summer! I haven't had many chances to buy Tsushimaya's sake, but now that I found a place in my neighborhood that sells it, I think I'll be more proactive about drinking it in the future!

The last souvenir from my trip to Akita I bought it at La Jomon, which I had longed for! The owner, Mr. Kumagai, was so friendly and kind... La Jomon only had one bottle, so I gave up in tears and bought this one! Rikuu 132 and No. 6 yeast... I wonder what it tastes like! The taste is mainly acidic, but I guess that's because it's a No. 6 yeast. The light sweetness is preceded by a sourness, and then a rather assertive bitterness in the aftertaste. It is a refreshing sake even at this time of the year! Some people may not like the aftertaste of the last alcoholic flavor... I have no problem with it at all!

First time for Haginishiki! This is the last in Imanaya's hanpukai series! I wondered what monotype was, but it seems to be a printmaking technique, and the word is derived from the Greek word meaning "only one"...how conscious they are! The taste is rich and sweet with a slight sourness and bitterness, and the sweetness lingers. The yeast is Shizuoka yeast, which is also a first for me, but I guess it depends on the production method, but the taste is more to my liking. It could be tighter if it were a little more sour, but in general, I think it is delicious! Let's look forward to seeing Shizuoka yeast again!

It's been a long time since I've had a bottle of Brewing Forest. I bought it without a second thought because it finally came into my neighborhood liquor store. Wow... it's really good! It has a sweet and sour base, but the bitterness is nice, so you can keep drinking it without getting dull. Even though the bitterness is there, if the bitterness is too pronounced, it would ruin the goodness, so I felt that the perfect balance was maintained. It's good! It's good!

Mr. Urasato has been hot in my mind recently! I'm looking forward to seeing his newest creation, "Nama Hashiroshi"! The taste starts off sweet with a hint of sourness, basically a sweet sake! It's delicious...really delicious! The aftertaste is also mainly sweet, but not too much, so you can drink it all the time! Hmmm, it's a good sake!

Fireworks season is approaching (greetings)! So here is my favorite Hato Masamune's bubbles! I wonder if it tastes like fireworks...? I'll have a sip! Wow! I knew it would be a sparkling sparkling sparkling sparkler! The taste is rather sweet with a moderate acidity, but the bitterness comes at the end. It's a little bitter... but it's refreshing and good for this time of year! It's a little bit out of my taste... Maybe it's because I was expecting a little more sweetness and acidity...

I'd like to propose a toast. We do this every day. So here's Mutsu Hachisen's collaboration sake. I'd rather drink it this way than that way. From the official website Named after the lyrics of androp's toast song "Toast," this sake was created to celebrate the past that has been overcome and to wish for the happiness that is to come. Takahito Uchisawa participated in the entire sake brewing process, from the rice used for making the sake to the production method and label design. The citric acid derived from white malted rice gives this sparkling sake a pleasantly refreshing acidity. The clear, pale color and sweet and sour aroma reminiscent of freshly picked fruit will give you a refreshing and gentle feeling. I tried it, and well, when it says "white malted rice and citric acid," this is the one I like! This is a sake that can be drunk in the summer and still be refreshing. I would like to recommend this sake to sake beginners.

Long time no see, Tsuchida Sake Brewery! It's the hanpukai series from Imanaya! The taste is just like Tsuchida's! It has a habitual entry and a lot of sweetness, but the sourness and bitterness soften it somewhat! It is said to have a banana aroma, but I don't really feel it... Maybe my nose is a little stupid today? It's a bit heavy when you drink it, so you can't really gobble it up... I'm not sure if it's good for summer, but I thought it was interesting and tasty as a sake.

Yamagata Souvenir #4 This is my first Koikawa-san! I knew it existed before, but... well, it's a nice label! I wonder how it tastes...? It tastes like a sweet rice flavor, and then it finishes dry with bitterness.... If I say it's orthodox, it's orthodox. I think that the alu feeling after it finishes dry is something that people like differently... It may be a little different from the image you get from the label.

Yamagata Souvenir #3! This is my first time to buy Gazanryu! I wonder if it's okay to have a special order or not... I'm just buying the packet, though... I was also attracted by the 70% rice polishing ratio... The taste is... sweetness and umami with weight. Then, the bitter grapefruit flavor finishes it off. Although there is not so much of a cloying taste, it is rather heavy, so I don't think it is something you would drink in large gulps. This is my first Gazan-style, and it's delicious!

I'm on a trip to Yamagata. So, Yamagata Masamune! Lovely label... I checked in at my hotel and I'm going to have a drink! It starts with sweetness, followed by a light sourness and just a hint of bitterness. It's quite easy to drink, isn't it? It is an easy-to-drink summer sake that does not lose to its name!

Urasato prototype! I like this one because it kind of comes out every year... The label is kind of fucking cool this time! The taste is... sweet! Acid! Umaiyuki sukiyaki! (As usual) This time, the sweetness seems to be stronger... and then there is a sourness and a light bitterness, but the sweetness seems to linger in the mouth. Needless to say, if you are a sweet and sour skier, you should buy it, but if you are a sour person, you may find it a little lacking. I like this sake more than enough, but I would have liked a little more acidity if possible. Well, everyone has their own taste preferences, so please forgive me...

I couldn't resist (tomorrow is the 6th). So, respect for Wind Forest No. 6! This sake is full of respect for the Shinmasa Sake Brewery! I don't know what it is, but this set includes a metal charm! Of course, the charm has the Shinsei design on it! By the way, the taste is... like a sweetened version of Shinsei's Flax Cat! Flax cat also uses white malted rice, but this one has more sweetness! The rest is not so difficult to understand, right? It's delicious! It was worth the one year of storage after I bought it! I thought it was a product that would never appear again, but I'm disappointed to see it's out now! Oh well.
