Flying swans, swans, type A... I don't know what's going on anymore (greeting) So, it's been a long time since I've had a Tobirachuen! I wonder how long I can withstand the power play of malic acid, lactic acid, citric acid and other acids...? I'll have it with a glass of snow-cold Usuhari! Wow! From the aroma, I was already anticipating the acidity! The taste is... acidity! Sourness! Sourness! A hint of sweetness with a hint of apple! Wow, this is amazing! It's a paradise of sourness, as it appeals to people who like sourness! I can't recommend it to those who don't like sourness! Needless to say, I'm a sour-sweet person, so I'm in love with it without question. The acidity is so strong that it's easy to drink, but be careful not to drink too much.

Hi, udon bread 😃. I'm a acidity-skier 🎿 and I'm curious about this bottle and would like to try it 🤗By the way, don't most of the labels of sake with strong acidity have silver letters on a white background 🤔I guess it's just an image...

Thanks again for your comments, Jay & Nobby 😊. Hiraisen is seriously recommended for acidity skiers! The white label issue with the more acidic sake... I believe Kariho is a white label... there is that 🤣.

I've been seeing a lot of rainfall on social media lately! This is my first time! The bottle itself is already full of a sense of stylishness...how does it taste? I'll have it in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! Almost no aroma! The taste is... sweet! Sourness! Refreshing! I like it! (Choroy). It has a sweetness that gives it an Aizan feel, and then a sourness that makes it very easy to drink.... I want people who are not good at sake to try this! The aftertaste is a sweetness that stays in your mouth for a while, but it's subtle, so you won't get tired of drinking it. No wonder it's so popular... it's delicious!

This is the Christmas of Red Takeshi that I have not been able to buy so far! I'm not sure if it's a good idea to drink it after the year is over, right? I'll have it in a Hana-iroi Usuhari glass! The aroma has a hint of alu. The taste is... quite easy to drink, with the acidity at the center of the assembly. The sharpness is also quite good, but there is a certain amount of residual aftertaste. It's like a sourness with bitterness - it's not unpleasant. I guess you could call it a grapefruit feeling. It's my favorite flavor..............................!

This sake has become so popular that it is now being advertised in commercials! I found it on sale at a bargain price! I will have it with a glass of Hana-Ryoe Usuhari! After drinking it, I think it's no wonder it sells so well! The sweetness, drinkability, and fizziness of this sake almost eliminate the sense of sake! Whether that's a good thing or a bad thing is another matter... I would recommend it to people who don't like sake! It just feels a little more chemical than the Muji... like cosmetics.

Hanamogetora... not Hanagumori. I picked this up in a daze because of the look of it! I was looking forward to this one because I had no idea what to expect... I'll have it in a usuhari glass It's a muddy sake, but I'll just start with the top clear liquid... Ama-amai! Ama-amai! The sansumi has a hint of sweetness! From the sweetness to the light acidity, the sharpness is good... When I mix in the cage... it's crispy, sweet and sharp! It's quite refreshing! Anyway, it is refreshing to drink, and I thought it might be good for summer! It's just soooooo sludgy! It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo! By the way, I couldn't open the lid by hand, I had to use a tool... The lid was the worst!

An extravaganza from Dai-Shinshu! This is too much fun...I'll have it in a Hana-Rui Usuhari glass! The aroma is so nice... The taste is...oooh! Oh, mmmm..! Mmmmmm..! The sweetness and aroma are a good match... this is delicious! The aftertaste may be a little bit bitter, but all in all, it's delicious!

This is my first time at Tsushimaya! When I heard "wine yeast", I thought, well... (smiles) It is served in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The aroma gives off a slight sourness... the taste... Oh... this is good... this is good! From the slight sweetness to the sourness, the sharpness is not so bad. The aftertaste is persistent, but not too much! You can tell it's made with wine yeast! You can tell it's made with wine yeast! It's like the sweetness of Hato Masamune's wine yeast brewed with a little bit of sweetness removed. I recommend it because it is quite refreshing!

Keg...? Draft...? The draft meeting is already over, okay? (Idiot boy) So, this is the Keg Draft Salmon of Daishinshu! I had no idea about it, but I guess it's like a server. It's supposed to keep the freshly squeezed saké for a long time...but it's a little hard to keep it the same day or the next day, isn't it? The special bottle has a plastic cap, which is quite novel, and at first I thought it was a plastic bottle, but it was a bottle. By the way, if you clean and dry the bottle and bring it back next time, they will fill it for you without charging you for the bottle. As for the taste...it is quite good! The aroma is restrained, and there is a sweetness and then a sourness. The aftertaste is quite refreshing, and there is no harshness at all! The aftertaste is quite refreshing and not clingy at all! I'm sure it will be gone soon.

It's been a while since I opened my mouth! So it's a nigori of Zanso Hourai! It is served in a snow-cold usuhari glass! First the supernatant... mmmm sourness... (smiles) It has a very rummy taste... This one is soooooo good! When I mix the cork with it, it becomes more refreshing, and this is good! I think I enjoy the nigori more... for me...

Imanaya's hanpukai series Kamikawa Taisetsu knew the label somehow... why? It is served in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The aroma has a slight alu feel to it. The taste is...oh, this is sourness AND sourness AND sourness! More than the sweetness, the sourness is the main taste...muho! I can feel a little bit of alcohol in the aftertaste, but it disappears quickly, so I don't mind it too much. However, I'm not sure what to pair this with... maybe a strong flavored fish dish. Hmmm, interesting!

My first Kunikiku I happened to see it on display at a product exhibition, and when I tasted it, I was so impressed that I bought it! It is served in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The aroma is quite mild! As for the taste, it's not a gutsy flavor... It has a light but sweet and light acidity, and if I were to use an analogy, I would say it has a light apple juice taste! The aftertaste has a rather strong alcohol taste, but it does not interfere with the lingering aftertaste. Yes, this is a very nice encounter!

Za "lu" so hoorai! It's your first time... the brand you were wondering about when you asked for Oringo please! It is served in a snow-cold usuhari glass! The aroma is mild... how about the taste...? Ama! Three! Uma! (As usual) The sweetness is quite strong, and the acidity and bitterness are not so strong, and the sweetness stays in your mouth for quite a while. The taste reminds me of the Makami I drank some time ago! I like it, but if you don't like sweets, it may not be for you. Also, it is rather assertive, so you may get tired of drinking it.

This is Toko at the first opening of the New Year! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to my relatives who came back from Yamagata! It's the first time for me, so I'm looking forward to it... I'll have it with a glass of Hana-Ryoe Usuhari! The aroma is a little alty. Without the orikori (a kind of oriole)...the taste is...sweet...acidity! Sourness! I like this! (Completely fallen) The sweetness is rather strong but also gentle, and the acidity is nice. The bitterness is not so strong, but the aftertaste is not too strong. This is delicious........and if you add cucumber to it, the milky taste will be added too! This year has seen many events since New Year's Day, so it is not easy to say that I am at peace, but I would like to wish everyone a happy and prosperous New Year....

This is the first one of the New Year! Kinmon-nishiki bought directly from the brewery! It is served in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The aroma is so-so, but the taste is... Sweet-umami-sanmi! I love it! (It's a bit easy.) The acidity is quite strong... It's hard to find anything to compare it to... I really like this one. I really like this one. It has a nice sharpness and you don't get tired of drinking it!

Mutsu Hassen is my wife! (Again...) I'm always grateful to Mutsu Hassen for giving me a reason to get hooked on sake! This time, they used the yeast for shochu in the challenge tank that came from the Hanpukai at Imanaya... I was relieved to hear that they are still swinging in a wonderful direction (quick words). I'll have it in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! The aroma is rather alcohole-like. The taste is... a slight sweetness, followed by a moderate acidity, but not too much, and then it finishes nicely. It's almost like water or lemon water... I think I'm going to drink too much of this! It's delicious!

Mr. Urasato! I hear he is very confident this year (according to the liquor store). I'm really looking forward to it...I'll have it in a Hana-Ryoe Usuhari glass! First, let's try the supernatant...it's sweet! It has some acidity, but it's quite sweet! When the orikori is added, the taste changes to a very sharp and well-defined one, with both sweetness and acidity, but it is also very crisp and clean! This is so good...so good!

Thanks for the gift from a friend! Actually, I drank a gazillion drinks with my friend, so I don't really remember what it tasted like. But I can say...it was delicious! It was a mix of yeast from No. 1 to No. 6, which is not a simple taste! I don't have the palate to describe it well, so there you have it.

It's rather dry and goes down easy! It's good! It's so good! Yum! It's good! (Purgatory) It's easier to drink if you add orikiri...I like it better with orikiri.... I like it with orihant!

You see, it's the day before Christmas Eve, so you need a red one, right? (excuse) So, it's Houou Mita's highly reputed Aka-han! Let's have it with a glass of Hana-iroi Usuhari! It's already sweet from the aroma! The taste is... sweetness comes in a rush, followed by bitterness. The aftertaste is rather lingering in the mouth, so you can enjoy the aftertaste. Although the basic sweetness is strong, the aftertaste is not too strong, so I can recommend this sake to all kinds of people! I don't drink Junmai Daiginjo very often, so when I drink something like this, which is rather assertive, I learn a lot...
