It was my heavenly destiny to drink Tenmei (I'm sure) So it's been a long time since I've had tenmei! Sakashita is written and read as Bange...hmmm... First of all, without involving ori. The sweetness comes first, but it is quite light and not too sweet. The sourness is light and the bitterness is light, making it easy to drink. The dryness increases a little when mixed with "ori", and the taste is even lighter! Anyway, it is a sake that can be drunk smoothly and pleasantly. On the other hand, it can be said that it is the type of sake that you drink in a good mood and sink in a heap. P.S. I don't know why I even posted the TL image of Pre-Cone... It's funny how I got it wrong.

Heating up sake in the Wind Forest? What is this? So, it's for heating up at Kaze no Mori... I lightly heated it in the microwave for now. I've always thought of Kaze no Mori as more chilled than heated... but hey, hey, hey! It's delicious! Maybe it's because it's a little cold today, but it's good! The flavor profile is basically sweetness and sourness, followed by umami and then acidity. It tastes similar to Niida's heated sake. By the way, I tried it cold... but it's also delicious... it tastes like a thick lemon squash with the acidity as the main flavor. This is delicious! It tastes even better because it's cold! Heating up the sake is great!

Ichiko raifuku... daifuku no e... ichigo raifuku... What a good idea! So, this is Ichigo Raifuku by Raifuku-san! I've had Raifuku's sake made with strawberry yeast before, but this one is different...which one...? It has a beautiful sweetness with a light sourness, it's a very beautiful sake.... The aftertaste is sweet, which is also good! I got a faint strawberry milk sensation... even though it's a sake! Although it doesn't have the Daifuku feeling (of course), I don't know how to describe it, even among the various sake I've had... Anyway, it has a lovely aftertaste. I'm sure no one can understand this one, though...

Tomorrow is full of hope (I hope). So, this is Senkou's Hope! I'm exhausted from work lately, so I just want to have a little hope... The taste is...woohoo! Light sweet and sour, clean and crisp! (Great joy!) It's easy to drink again...easy to drink anyway! The aftertaste is not too strong, so there is no problem even if you drink it during a meal! However, while the lack of peculiarities is the best thing about it, it may lack a little impact... By the way, the higher the temperature, the more acidity it has, but the aftertaste is a little subtle... It tastes better when it's cooled down. I highly recommend this to sake beginners!

We're going to open the door! (Decision) So here it is, the "door to the next chapter" of Kaze no Mori ALPHA 1! I have no idea what kind of sake it is from the name... Akitsuho is their specialty, and the rice polishing ratio is 70%... Well, what does it taste like? Wow! Sourness! (Overjoyed) Basically, it is composed of sourness, not so much sweetness, and it cuts through smoothly. Anyway, if you like sour sake, I can recommend it unconditionally! When it warms up a little, the taste expands and it is good again! It is better to enjoy drinking it at different temperatures instead of just cooling it down.......yum!

This year's MIXED series #2! Easy-drinking sweet sparkling wine...? Let's have a drink! Oh, wow! It's so soft and smooth! The sweetness is rather light and the aftertaste is refreshing. It flows easily, so it's a good way to refresh after eating a strong dish. The use of bitterness is very good! Also, if it is too cold, it is too smooth, so I think you can feel the taste of the sake more strongly if you warm the whole bottle a little in the room before drinking. Mmm, it's good!

Back to the Mountain (Everyday Life) I bought this bottle on the recommendation of the liquor store owner's brother! I'm excited because it has interesting specs like 3 years aging! Wow! This is so rich! The sweetness goes right through, and then it finishes with a touch of acidity. The sweetness leaves a rather long aftertaste. I think it's pretty easy to drink, but if you drink it too fast, you'll be crushed for sure... It has a strong sweetness, so I wouldn't recommend it to those who don't like sweets... but it's delicious! I love it!

I have been waiting for this kind of sake! And? 5% alcohydrate is quite a bold statement! At first, it was sold at room temperature, so I'll drink it as it is. The aroma is sour. The taste is... oh, yes? Is this sake? It tastes like a slightly sweet and sour juice. There is nothing like sake...what is going on here? I feel it's like a sports drink without the peachiness of natural peach water...well, I don't know how to describe it...it's so light! I tried drinking it chilled, and it definitely tastes better chilled! I think it's good to drink it sometimes when you're tired of drinking strong sake. It's not too sweet or sour, and I like it as a normal sake. However, I don't think this is a good opportunity for me to try other sake. I think it's a great approach because it's a big company, and it's amazing that they can do something like this with the sake production process. P.S. Please don't let the floor be dirty!

The party begins! (Donga Donga) So, this is Mutsu Hachisen's Mixed Series! It's a very interesting label again! The light sweetness is followed by a lot of sourness, which makes Mr. Sweet and Sour smile! The bitterness is not so strong, but it's not too sharp either. Well, there are so many interesting sakes in this mixi series! This one is so delicious that I wish it would become a regular sake! It's too good to be left in the challenge tank...

Rabbit Tasty Mountain (often mistaken for a rabbit) So, this is my first time at Suwaizumi! I've known about this flower rabbit label for a long time, but I've never had it before, so I was looking forward to it! The color is amazing... it looks like an aged sake! The aroma also has a hint of aged sake, but the taste is very dry and refreshing! It starts with umami and goes right through! The aftertaste is also straightforward without any unpleasantness! I'm tired of drinking sweet and sour sake, so this really hits the spot! It's so good!

On the last night of September, this is a souvenir from Hokkaido! It's a complete Jacket with Cheese! I wonder if it goes well with cheese...? When you drink it chilled, the sweetness comes first. It has a slight alu feel to it, and finishes with a light acidity and bitterness. It leaves a unique aftertaste. By the way, I tried it with Camembert from Hanabatake Farm... well, it goes with it normally. I mean, sake and cheese go well together every time. Well, this sake goes exceptionally well with other sake! I don't think it's as good as other sake. Personally, I like the taste, but it might be a little bit different for different people. I like it! It's delicious!

The last day of the consecutive holidays is at Hidakami! It's the end of autumn...it's getting a lot cooler these days! It feels like early autumn these days! Oh, this one has a very clear taste. The sweetness of the rice is quickly broken by a light bitterness. I can drink this as much as I want! It doesn't have any outstanding peculiarities, but that's why it has a sense of security that you can drink it all the time! I'd like to try heating it up a little.

I knew it would be "Wataru: The Legend of the Magus Hero"! (While feeling the generation gap) So is the rumored famous Ryujinmaru by Takagaki Shuzo! This will fill up Wakayama... yay! The taste... oh, you can really feel the sweetness of the rice! Anyway, the sweetness of the rice flavor rushes in! The aftertaste is rather lingering, so I think it may be a matter of taste. Although I feel it is far away from the current modern style, I feel a sense of security when I drink it.... I like sweet and sour sake, but if I drink it all the time, I get a little bored, so I think it's important to reconsider sake with this kind of sake every once in a while.

Last of the Rainfall Festival! The last one is Momoshiki Kasumisake! Oh, this is nigori-no-nen...I'm looking forward to it! First, let's taste the top clear liquid...it's sweet and sour! The sweetness comes first, with about 7 sweetness and 3 sourness. According to the description, it has the strongest sourness of all the Amefall sakes! Since the sweetness is rather prominent, it seems to be aimed at sweet and sourness rather than sharp sourness. Even when mixed with ori, it does not change that much, which is unexpected. If you like sweet and sour, this is a real must! Although the sweetness comes before the sourness, I can seriously recommend it! I think it is the closest to the sweetness of Oze no Yukidoke's pink one. The alkalinity is 8%, so this is much easier to drink! It is sweet and sour and very tasty!

The third rainfall festival! So it's OHANA! Vine flower yeast...? This is interesting. The color of this yeast is like a flower, isn't it? The pink rosé wine-like color is very stylish! The taste is... quite restrained with a sweetness, followed by a sourness and a bitterness. It has a grapefruit-like taste. The aftertaste is rather lingering at the end of drinking. I'm sorry, but I'm not sure about the flowery feeling of the vine... It is quite refreshing! The brand name is different, but I feel that the taste composition is similar to Kouei Chrysanthemum Twilight Orange. Of course I love it, I drink too much of this stuff!

8月最終日は雨降さんの黒麹! 雨降祭り第二弾でございます 黒麹っていうと焼酎のイメージなんだけどどんな感じかな…? 基本的には甘みがメインかな、でも酸味もしっかりありつつわりかしクドくなく切れてくれます 純米なのもあってかいろんな旨味感もあるし、まぁなんというかとにかく面倒なこと抜きでいいね? うまい!

さぁ始めるぞ雨降祭りを!(挨拶) 雨降を4本固め打ちで買ったのでしばらくはお祭りです笑 うおぉ…これは 甘さがメインながら軽い酸味、苦味はそんなに感じず何故かキレが良いという不思議な感じ いつもの雄町感(通じない)みたいなのはあまり感じず、むしろ感じるのはバナナ感! 間違いのない味、飲みやすさですね! やはり最近ハネてるだけあるなぁ…美味いわ 次のお酒がたーのしみー!

Unlike Jungin and Jun Dai, the bird flying around is cute! The taste is... oh... sweeter than the other ones I've had so far! It has a sourness that is unique to the brewing forest, but it also has a sweetness that is elegant and has a rummy taste. I was drinking Jungin until just yesterday, but this is something completely different... However, the price is a little expensive! At over 3,000 yen for a four-pack, I don't think I'll be able to drink it that often, but I'm sure you won't regret drinking it! Well...thank you for starting to sell it near me!

Today is my birthday. So, I think I'll serve some Nichinichi no Homasu that I've been saving from Imameya's hanpukai series! The taste is...just acidity! Sourness! Sourness! It's so sour that it's almost like lemon squash! It's like a lemon squash! I love it so much that I don't even have to say that I'm a sucker for sourness! I can't believe how much more acidity there is in Hoso...yum! I'm glad I got to experience it because I missed out on drinking Hana-no-Ko-san's stuff!

A can of Tasake that had been on my mind for a while! I found it and abducted it without question! When I drank from the can... the can is made thin, so it feels good on the palate! I'm a person who likes to be picky when it comes to sake containers, but I don't have much of a problem with it... It's not a thin glass, but the part where it hits the mouth is very well made. The taste of the sake itself...not so good! Basically, this is sweet water... I feel like it's been a while since I've had this kind of drink, but it's not bad, and the aftertaste is not too sweet! But the aftertaste is not bad, and the sweetness is drinkable without feeling dull. The 180ml size is also just right! Anyway, I'm impressed with the design of the can!
