This is the first time I have had Shikishima. It is 18%, so it is strong and crisp, tasty and sharp, and I like it 💕. Not that it matters, but I went to a concert of Queen, who I have been a fan of since I was a kid, and I was so moved... I can drink this as a snack for the time being 😭.

I hadn't had a critical hit with Morishima before and hadn't had it since then, but I bought this one after the liquor store recommended it to me so vehemently 😅. It has a mild aroma, soft umami, and a refreshing chili gas feeling ✨It has a good sharpness and a clean aftertaste 😍. I definitely like it better than the Morishima I've had so far💕. The second day was also delicious, not too sweet 😋.

I had bought one to give to a friend, but for various reasons I opened it 🤣. Popped it open with a bang✨ The aroma of peach, sweetness, a little chili gas, and a pleasant bitterness with a clean aftertaste 😍more gorgeous than the standard Tokujun ✨. I think this might be my favorite of the Hirotogawa's! I thought I liked it better on the second day, but the sweetness and aroma increased and I liked it better freshly opened... Maybe I should have finished it in one day 🤣.

I had actually only had nigori at home 😱Tetorigawa😱The label was beautiful and I was attracted to it, so I bought it 🥰. The aroma is beautiful ✨and it has a little bit of a chirichiri-gasiness to it, and a gentle but robust flavor that is delicious💕. It has a nice sharpness that keeps you going 😋. I think it's similar to Yuuho's Hatsu Shibori 🤔Tetorigawa is a little more floral? I'd like to try the standard one next time ✨

This is one of the most popular places in Sakegawa. Although I live in Tsukuba, I can't pass it up! So I bought it. It's important to think about far away, but we must not forget to love our hometown ✨. My daughter wanted to smell it and said "lychee! and left 😂 that's all I can think of when you say it like that 🤣. Let's start with the supernatant. Gentle sweetness and fresh acidity. Carbonated and refreshing. Like mixing the oli gives it a bit of dryness too 🤔. All delicious active nigori, I don't have the brush to describe the difference in taste, but I saw later that Rafa papa and Manachy reviewed it as a sports drink, and sure enough! I was convinced! After a little time after opening the bottle, the sweetness increases and it's more like Pocari than Aquarius 😁. As a citizen, I am glad that there is a tasty and popular brewery nearby 🥰.

I've been wanting to try Kido ✨ which everyone raves about at Sake no Wa, but I was hesitant to buy the 4-goupe bottle because I thought it looked a bit sweet 😅. But the other day I found a one-cup bottle 🤩I may not be able to tell the real taste from a one-cup bottle, but I bought it just for reference! Fruity aroma. My daughter 🤔 with apple🍏. The gentle sweet flavor passes through and is quickly quenched. It's cleaner and tastier than I expected! This is certainly cosy✨. I'll probably buy a cup when I want to drink a little again 😆.

First time I've seen Yuuho's expensive ✨. But the young proprietress of the liquor store said I bought this for her birthday and she said it was delicious, so I drank it myself at the end of the year. "No, I bought you the expensive one for your birthday... It's definitely you! I wonder if I drank it...? Well, I'm going to buy it anyway, because I want to support Yuho. But you drank it before! It has a mild mouthfeel, with a gentle umami and a faint acidity, followed by a subtle aroma of maturity. The lingering aftertaste is long, spreading softly and fading away. Wow! I went to Oarai on the spur of the moment during winter break🌊. I had this Fuji Taikan with ankou nabe. I've only had it when it used to be called Taikan😅. Actually, I had a glass of Tsuki no I before this, but it was too spicy or tasteless, like water, and lost out to the ankou nabe. But I had no choice but to drink up the Sandesi afterwards 😅I honestly don't remember much of the taste. But, since it was after the Tsuki no Ii, it had a nice flavor and sharpness that went well with the ankou nabe 😋.

Drinking Yuho and supporting. I feel guilty that we are just having fun here...but it's no use to be depressed when we are not in the disaster area! Today we went for Yuho ✨. Last year we had both Hatsushibori and Orikagari until around summer, but this year there are only a few bottles left of both. According to the landlady, this is not because of the earthquake, but because Yuho is becoming more recognized. When we contacted Goso Sake Brewery after the earthquake, she told us that the building and tanks were safe, but all the bottles awaiting shipment had been broken. She said, "It was a terrible disaster here, too, with an intensity of 6 on the Japanese scale, but now they are telling us that it was 7 on the Japanese scale. Is that so? Did it shake that much while I was taking a drunken nap? I was thinking about the Great East Japan Earthquake. At that time, all the liquor bottles in the store were broken, and since liquor tax is involved, they had to check how many bottles were broken one by one, and it took a long time. It would take some time for Youho to reopen for business. We bought some stock sake for now. It was a selfish lament that I would not be able to drink Hanasaka Yuho this year. I hope that the local people will be able to return to their normal, peaceful lives as soon as possible.

I used to like Kaorutaka the best out of the 6 bottles I received as a tax return gift from Aizuwakamatsu city 🐦. The others were Aizu Chusho, Nagurayama, Bandaiho 🤔. Not much aroma, gentle rice flavor, pleasant acidity, and a gentle cut. Classic but gentle classic😍. Hmmm...goes well with Osechi! I originally received this sake, but learned it was a rare sake from Colonel Lal's post ✨. This is one bottle that I feel a connection with Sake no Wa: ☺️

This year's drink, this year's 🎶. Watanohune's raw ✨ which was delicious last year. This year it had a strong acidity that hid the rich sweetness that is typical of Watanohu, but after leaving it for a bit, the flavors opened up 😋. Still, the taste was very different from last year 🤔. I liked it better last year!

Sneaky end of the year drink... I have 18 degrees and I only have one bottle... are you serious? 🤣 The other Shirakiku didn't have much of an aroma, but this one is a bit peachy 🍑. When you put it in your mouth, the sweetness spreads like a juice 😳I don't like sweet, but I like this kind of Japanese sweet 💕. It has a punch as if it were 18 degrees Celsius. And it has a nice sharp and clean aftertaste ✨. Ahhh delicious 😋! I'm looking forward to the nigori coming out in the new year 🎶I'm totally hooked on Okunoto's Shirakiku 😍!

Hi Pon, I'm not sure about the scent of ☀️🍑 but 💦 I think it smells better than other white chrysanthemums! Hachitan-nishiki is delicious 💕I've tried many others since then, but Hachitan-nishiki was the most shockingly delicious one for me 🤩.

I got it when I went back home to Utsunomiya a while ago✨. I've had Ona's nigori in spring (light nigori) and summer (active nigori), and I like it because it's clean and dry 🥰. This one also has a good balance of ori flavor and gasiness, and is my personal top choice among the active nigori! 😊

Another bottle 🥰 from the Christmas Nabe Pa🍲 at a friend's house. A sake friend brought a bottle of Kirizukuba's new sake nigori that I had been lamenting that I wanted to try but couldn't get around to it during the new sake season💕. Lately, I've been thinking that active nigori are pretty much all alike, but this one is crisp with alcohol and has a restrained lactic acid aroma! 😳 It was a bit of a new kind of schwagori for me personally 🤩.

I feel like I'm already satisfied and done drinking for the year ☺️ So I thought I'd make it a period to wrap up what I haven't posted ✨. I drove 40 minutes to the liquor store to see if they had any new sake, but they didn't have it in stock yet, so I bought a bottle of the standard Tokujun 😁. The aroma is subdued, with an elegant, rich sweetness that spreads out and finishes quickly with a pleasant bitterness 😍This one is simpler, without the subtle aged aroma of the Hachitan-Nishiki. But it is still delicious💕 When I brought it to a nabe party later, I think it was the best seller among the Shinshu Kamerei, Naraman, Yukino Kayasha, and Kirizukuba. It may be because it was a kimchi nabe, but it is a sake that leaves a deep impression 🥰.

Christmas potluck at a friend's house 💕 We brought Shinshu Kamerei✨ Fruity, sweet, and tasty with a kick 🥺. It was a taste that everyone agreed would be very popular. I had a little taste of it, though I was resting up from the two bottles I had the other day. I'll stay healthy for a while 🤣.
