Bringing a bottle to the rice cake party💕 We had a fire going outside so we had it lukewarm 😍. The taste was elegant and rich with a slight bitterness with a hint of maturity ✨Yummmm! We poured more and more to meet the request of "it evaporated and ran out!" and it took about 4 of us to finish it off 🤩 (even though there was a bottle of Yuhonoshiro that someone else had brought!) It was a hit with the older people who have been drinking sake for a long time! But I wasn't in perfect shape to begin with, or rather, I drank too much the day before 🤣 and two bottles of sake made me feel sick the next day as expected😱. Christmas is water with a glass of wine🤣🤣. I might not be able to drink until New Year's 🤣

I've been waiting for this yuho shiro! ✨💕 I thought they weren't in stock yet, but they came unexpectedly early 🥰. Opening the bottle went smoothly, but it was a solid shuwashu✨The aroma is subdued and the rice is rich in sweet and savory flavors. It also has a bitter taste with a clean aftertaste 🤩. And with cheese it doubles the deliciousness💕Yum! I drank one more cup, and one more, and the next day there was only about 1 cup left 😓. It would go well with osechi 😋I have a lot to drink during New Year's 😁.

After a week of sobriety for the shoot, I went through a week of sobriety to get a rare sake that is very popular at Sakénawa ✨. I had given up drinking it, but Manachie told me about it and I was able to get it 😊. From the moment I poured it, I could smell the green apple aroma 🍏. Gentle but firm sweetness flows through, then it kicks in later with bitterness and a tingling gas feeling ✨. Sweeter than I expected but with a nice bitterness! It's refreshing and delicious 😋 As expected from a popular drink💕. I'm happy to unexpectedly drink a popular rare sake 🎶and I'm also refraining from fire 😆 It's going to be a fulfilling holiday season 🥰.

When I went back home last month, I bought this as a challenge to my father who says whatever I bring him is sweet 😁. It has a good flavor, but it's just dry! It's definitely super dry! I thought there was no reason to call it sweet, but my dad said it was sweet 😅. I think he has already lost his sense of taste 😢I'm going to give up drinking sake with it and let him keep drinking it with water as close to clear as possible🤣. But still, I looked at it and it's 18 degrees 😳 does that mean it's spicy, or does it mean it's high in alcohol 🤔?

I failed before the checkup, but my sobriety continued before the photo shoot😊In the meantime, I sorted out what I haven't posted✨. I was curious to try Miyazumi, which I had somehow not reached out to because I had been prioritizing Collage, and Hirupeko's post made me curious to try it. The best thing about it is that it's so well balanced with a beautiful fruity aroma ✨umami, citrus-like acidity and a hint of bitterness 😊It's so delicious💕. I like it better than Collage. It's cheaper than Collage. I would like to drink it regularly 🎶.

I went to a liquor store for Shinshu Kamerei, but I couldn't find any Shinshu Kamerei, so I talked to the store staff and got this one. After that, they offered me a bottle of Shinshu Kamerei, so I got it as a combination, so to speak✨. But I originally wanted to try it. ☺️ But I was not surprised! I was shocked at how good it tasted after one sip 😳. The sweetness spreading slowly and the exquisite aged-like aroma. Wow, this is delicious. I was ashamed of myself for being so flirtatious with modern sake recently. And when I warmed it up to lukewarm, it was again superb! Definitely the best I've had in 2023! Too bad I don't have the pen to describe the taste in detail 😭. I'm going to drive 40 minutes for this next time!

The new sake of Wakanami, which had been highly praised for its delicious taste, was compared with the raw sake of Ippouki 😍. Psshhhh and open the bottle✨ Gentle fruity aroma. Ippo-self was crisp and snappy with a good amount of sweetness, while Wakanami was more gentle. The Junmai I had before was the opposite 🤔. Whatever it is, it's very tasty ☺️ I was talking to a kindergarten teacher and she said that many kids don't like white stew because it reminds them of vomit, but they generally all love gratin 😳. Really? What's going on with my kids? So I made it and they loved it 🤣. According to Shinya Tasaki, gratin, cheese, raw oysters, foie gras and sake go well together. It was delicious, enhancing the creamy flavor, but I think I'd rather drink Yuho with gratin.

After all, it was the day of the checkup after only 2 days of liver rest. At least my liver function was fine, so here it is ✨. I didn't think the new sake would be in stock in a timely manner since there is still some Jungin left from 2 years ago, so I went to look for something else and unexpectedly got it 🤩. The proprietress said that she thought this year's junmai was crisp and tasty, but that she still thought the Ippo Mi from a few years ago was even more crisp and tasty. The landlady raved about how she liked it 💕, so I have high expectations↑. When I opened the bottle, it was ✨poof! The aroma is fresh and fruity 🍏 with a little citrus acidity and an unexpectedly rich umami flavor, and it's crisp and clean with a chili gas and a hint of bitterness that I didn't get last year 😋. Wow, yum! I imagined it would be less sweet when I heard the proprietress liked it, but it certainly has a crisp and sharp umami! This is the one I'd drink if I wasn't careful💕 On a different note, in connection with Fukushima, I got a rare sake from Aizu for the New Year's holiday ✨I'm looking forward to this one too💕!

I bought it because I enjoyed the Yamahai nigori I drank in the summer and I wanted to compare it with Hirotogawa 😅. And compared it with Hirotogawa 😁. The effervescence, acidity, and bitterness are refreshing ✨The umami spreads gently, giving a cleaner impression than the Hirotogawa. I think this one has more of the lactic acid aroma that I like 🤔. It was so good that I could drink more and more 😋. I had to drink the Hirotogawa nigori anyway, so I'm happy with it for now: ☺️ Next year I'll stop putting in checkups during the new sake season ...

Bought 🚙1 bottle for a friend and couldn't buy more than one there, so I got it the next day at another store✨. Lucky to get the last bottle 🤩. I mean, what about the checkup? I mean 🤣. But it's better to have a look at your normal health ☺️🤣 New sake season, moderation is hard to find 😱I even got a new bottle of one step self 😱😱. And Hirotogawa opened the bottle💕 It was automatically stirred, from the top clear 😅. Unexpectedly mild aroma ✨rich umami and pleasant shuwashu😍I don't need to tell you how good it tastes 💕. I didn't notice that much lactic acid aroma. It seems thicker than last year, but maybe that will change with time? I plan to drink it sparingly for my checkups so I can enjoy it slowly 😊.

The other day I was out on business at a roadside station selling one-cup drinks from various regions, and to my surprise, I found Miyazaki sake! 😳 I wondered if I could fill up the map with one-cup drinks. I thought to myself, "It can't be helped, it's Miyazaki, a difficult place to get to 😁✨. I was going to save it until after the checkup, but I was kind of busy and wanted to take a break 😱Weak will 😭 Almost no aroma. Contrary to my expectations, it was an easy to drink sake with a gentle umami and a quick kick 🧹 ☺️ It's just plain delicious 🥰. Now all that's left is Okinawa! Yeah, the light nigori from early spring this year is still in the store, so we had to get rid of the stock before the next one comes out 🤣. When I drank it right after it came out, it had a fresh impression of spring-like bitterness, but perhaps because it has been laid down, it seemed more mellow. It was so easy to drink, it was almost dangerous! Now that the Paypay points back campaign is over, I'm going to cut back on the drinking for a while for next month's checkup and photo shoot... I have a few that I haven't posted yet, so I'm going to make this a period of sorting them out!

It's finally dawned. My new year of sake brewing! More than once or twice I was staring at the Tenmei Nakadori Zero at the sake shop. I was in a monk's mood, thinking, "I'm going back to Utsunomiya next week, so I'll have to hold out for a snowman until then..." I ran out of time to cook dinner and ended up with bagged noodles 🍜 but I got the last one so I'm happy! ✨The kids were surprisingly happy too 🍜 enough said 🤣I'm a bad mother 😭 I was so wounded from all the other things I had to do that I can only perceive that it tastes almost the same as Organic Naturals X🤣. It's a calpis soda! 13% means it's alcohol free, so it's kind of hard not to finish it, but I'll do my best to keep it to see how it tastes and spend some time drinking other drinks 😑. I find the new sake season to be a season of training 😑.

I'm currently offering 30% points back if you pay with PayPay, so that means I can buy a 2,000 yen class sake for 1,400 yen, which I normally can't afford! So I got it✨. Mild apple-like aroma 🍎. The taste spreads slowly in the mouth, and then it is cut off as if it disappears with astringency................................mmmm yummy! It's good 😆 .... The last time I drank it, it seemed more gorgeous, but this time I felt it was a solid sake. As expected from Fukushima #1✨. But, I'm not sure if I'm right or not! Ippo Sake is as good as it gets and when I think of the original price of 1400 yen, I'm not sure if I can feel the difference of 600 yen 🤔I guess I can't usually buy it 😢. I think I can't buy it normally 😢. I still think I'll buy the Tenmei Nakadori! 😁😁

The days are rocky with the rest of the scrapbook and the temptation of a new bottle of wine. Plus, I have a physical and a family photo shoot next month. Of course I should cut back on the booze. So why am I so sad? I admired Hirupeko's "New Sake from Tenmei" and was conflicted at the liquor store, but I can't chase it down to the corporal and put it in my scrapbook. ...Yes, I'll start my new sake with snowballs! ⛄ How agonizingly I went to the liquor store and they were sold out of Snowman 😭I ended up with Wakanami ✨🌊 which I already drank this year. I also had a Japanese style guacamole made by Hirupeko 💕Yuzu pepper is the best ✨Hirupeko is a genius 🤩I put it on chilled tofu and it went well with it again 😊. And since I've been iron deficient lately, I deep fried oysters covered in curry powder ✨. Wakanami is refreshingly fruity and delicious without any mistake💕This will get me through to the snowman!

Here's my 200th check-in ✨ It was sent to me by a friend who I had the pleasure of photographing when I was in Osaka 🥺😍It's one that made me realize that alcohol is a human connection ✨. The aroma is fresh and apple-like 🍎 when you open it. The aroma of rice and a hint of ripeness on the palate. The acidity is followed by a firm bitterness. The aftertaste is clean and refreshing ✨. Classical but fruity. It has a classical but fruity taste and is delicious many times in one 😍It is also similar to Yuho 🤔. This sake brewery is owned by a descendant of Ota Doukan, who played an active role in the construction of Edo Castle. It's nice to have a story like that. Sake has a lot of history, horizontal connections, and is a profound thing. ☺️

Due to space constraints in my sake label scrapbook, I am today tied to lots that I have already drunk this year. I've been taking care of Yuho's Jungin, partly because it goes well with the autumn flavors. I think I've drunk 3 or 4 bottles since last month? 🤣 It has a lot of umami, a hint of ripeness, and a crisp aftertaste that goes well with the rich autumnal flavors💕. Yuho is the new normal ✨. This is a bottle I want to keep on hand at home from now on 😊.

Hirotogawa River in Ten-ei Village, where I went with my mother: ☺️ Hirotogawa is very popular and has a modern image, but it's actually a classic and I'm surprised every time 😂.
