Happy New Year 🎍. We look forward to working with you this year. ☺️ New Year's Eve with a rare sake from Aizu💕! I used to like Kaorutaka the best out of the 6 bottles I received as a tax return gift from Aizuwakamatsu city 🐦. The others were Aizu Chusho, Nagurayama, Bandaiho 🤔. Not much aroma, gentle rice flavor, pleasant acidity, and a gentle cut. Classic but gentle classic😍. Hmmm...goes well with Osechi! I originally received this sake, but learned it was a rare sake from Colonel Lal's post ✨. This is one bottle that I feel a connection with Sake no Wa: ☺️

Mamio-san, happy new year 😁. Finally opened a bottle of Kaorutaka 😄I didn't think this was a return gift. I never thought this was a return gift 😄 Since there are no bullets, tax payment at home may be the fastest way to get it👍. The doctor also said it was the best food sake!

Happy New Year to you, Mamio 🌅 and best wishes for the new year 🤗. I like the contrast between the beautiful dishes on the bright table and the classic sake bottles 😊 Looks delicious 😋. Hometown tax payment! It's a hole in the wall 🤔.

Happy New Year, Pon-chan 🎍I leave it to my parents every year and can't remember how to make Osechi at all 😓. This one seems to be a rare sake that is not even recognized by Sake-no-wa 😅It went just fine with Osechi!

Colonel Lal, Happy New Year 🎍The return gift is a gamble as you randomly receive 6 out of 9 brands 😅I had forgotten what they taste like, but they were delicious and just right for Osechi 😋.

We received this as a gift from Aizuwakamatsu city. It was the best of all 💕 among the Nagurayama, Aizu Chusho, Bandaiyoho, and others.

Last but not least, Kaorutaka! It is one of the rarest of Aizu sake, with extremely low brewing volume and a limited number of stores where it can be purchased, and according to the teacher, it is harder to obtain than Jyushiyo. The brewer does not seem to be recognized by the sake crocodile. This time, thanks to the teacher's personal connections, he was able to obtain it safely. There is almost no scent, but you can feel some sake flavor. The mouthfeel is fluffy and sweet with a strong umami flavor. It is classical to the last. The aftertaste is full of sake flavor, and the finish is crisp with an adult bitterness that slowly turns to sourness. I liked the unique peculiarities of the previous sake, but if you don't have it, it's just as good without it! Classical and bold! I like this kind. Thank you very much!
