It has a full flavor and a good dryness. It was a very drinkable sake that made you feel like you were drinking Japanese sake.
Snacks: Crab crackers, Ise lobster potato chips
My wife ordered this 500ml bottle from Oisix. It was clear as water, but sharp, yet it didn't interfere with the meal.
Snack (meal): Yose-nabe (with straw)
Rich, with a slightly peculiar aftertaste. It has a slight aftertaste, so it depends on the person's taste...it goes well with creamy cheeses.
Snacks: Camembert cheese, crackers
It was my first time to drink sake from Yamaguchi Prefecture, but it was delicious with a subtle nice aroma, flavor, and a crisp aftertaste.
Snacks (meal): Itaisa, avocado salmon roll, thick fried bean curd
Imuraya's Fukuwagura, this time a Junmai Daiginjo. 300ml small size. It was a little bit sweet, with a slight whiff of fruit (banana?) on the nose 🍶I personally think it is a slightly mild daiginjo. Personally, I think it is a little mild daiginjo.
Snack: Whale sashimi
When the lid was opened, the sound of gas escaping was accompanied by a yogurt-like aroma. At 12% alcohol, it is low in alcohol and fruity, making it easy to drink even for those who do not like sake.
Snack: Sweet Potato Chips
The theme of this sake is "the ultimate food sake," and as it says, it does not interfere with food and does not linger after drinking. However, there was also a core of understated umami and spiciness, and the 4th bottle was easily consumed.
Meal: Sukiyaki
The subtle ginjo aroma and flavor, with a clean and refreshing aftertaste that is not cloying, made me feel the deliciousness of sake in pure water!
Otsumami: ikasashi Matsumae pickles, iburigakko cheese
This is the second item I purchased when I went to Kihokucho. It was just as it says, light and dry, but not so sharp...but it did not interfere with the meal, so I could enjoy the sushi 🍣.
Snacks (meal): sushi (tuna, kanpachi, salmon, mussels, scallops, etc.)
I bought this as a souvenir when I went on a short trip to Kihokucho. The sake from Kawatake Brewery in Hokosugi is too tangy and alcoholic, and to be honest, I have never...
Snack: Kaki no tane Wasabi flavor
Corked for my kid's birthday dinner! It is one of those that one can honestly say "delicious" with a well-balanced full-bodied, umami flavor and even aftertaste. The "Saku" is also a gorgeous and delicious sake, but I personally prefer the "Tamitsu".
Snacks (meal): Sashimi (bonito, kanpachi, horse mackerel, octopus), edamame (green soybeans), pork miso soup, and Mugen green pepper
Hi Okku 😃.
Happy birthday to your little one 🎂🎉㊗🎊 I've had the Early Spring before, but the Tamitsu is one I'd love to try!
It's honestly delicious! It's good👍
Mie Prefecture is Taki, and the sake is made by Imuraya, purchased at a place called Vison 🍶 It has a faintly tangy acidity, a full-bodied taste, and then a touch of alcohol. I personally liked it because it was not persistent even after repeated sipping.
Since Imuraya has an image of bean-jam buns and meat buns, I wonder if the sake will still evolve in the future? Expectations for the future❗.
Snacks: Ebi Arare (shrimp crackers), Sardine crackers
Third part of my trip. I forgot to take a picture of the sake so I put a picture of the sashimi 🐟️Good sake that seems to be sharp and dry. The delicious sashimi also helped me drink it 🍶.
Despite the cute owl label, it has a robust flavor and a slightly bitter taste. A little tangy and slightly carbonated at first, the aftertaste is not persistent. It seems to be enjoyable enough to drink alone☺️.
Snacks: chicken wings, seasoned laver
I'm satisfied with its mellow taste, but with a clear aftertaste that doesn't interfere with the flavor of the food!
Snacks: Tofu gratin, natto, roast pork
My wife ordered this wine from Oisix. It was delicious, slightly sparkling, with a gorgeous aroma and a refreshing aftertaste.
Snacks: Baby Star Ramen (Oyaji Town limited edition, stir-fry flavor, wasabi flavor, and Matsusaka beef sukiyaki flavor)
It was a powerful sake with the thickness and guttural spiciness of the original. The alcohol content of 18 degrees Celsius made us forget about the approaching typhoon...Thanks for the treat.
Snacks: Onion and okaka (bonito) salad, natto (fermented soybeans), rakkyo kimchi, canned mackerel with garlic
While it had the strength of a dry wine, it had a refreshing taste that left no aftertaste, as if one were drinking water. It is a smart gem that does not interfere with meat, vegetables, fish, or any other food.
Snacks (meal): Shiitake mushroom steak, roast beef salad, sauteed Manganji peppers, sashimi (sea bream, tuna)
