I was attracted by the limited time offer... I was so excited by its gorgeous aroma and elegant wine-like aftertaste that I ended up drinking a whole bottle 🍶.
It goes well with cheese and marinated octopus.

It was a gift 🍶It's an unfiltered unpasteurized sake and has a strong richness and umami. The aftertaste is not too strong, so it goes down well, but the high alcohol content made me quite drunk 😃.
