I bought it because I found it in the value section of a liquor store. I enjoyed it with sashimi of warasa, which my brother-in-law gave me, and it was delicious and refreshing!
It is clear, but there is a slight hint of corkage floating in the water. It is fragrant, with a slight tanginess, followed by a gorgeous taste. We enjoyed it very much.
It was a gift. While it has a strong flavor like a pure sake, the aftertaste is clean and not clingy. Even without any snacks, it was a pure sake to be savored.
I had been interested in this sake for a long time when I saw the ranking in Sake-no-Wawa. I heard that only one bottle was available, and I was wondering what to do with it, but I found it on sale at a supermarket, so I bought it.
In a good way, it was just like a Japanese sake. It is a good sake, but it goes well with a meal too. I liked it including the beautiful label.
I forgot to post this 💦It was a New Year's gift. It's been a long time since I've had a Saku. It was labeled Junmai Daiginjo, but I didn't detect much of a ginjo aroma and was impressed by its mellow, full-bodied, new-sake character ❗
A gift from a relative. It is written "morning" and reads "asatsu" in Japanese. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so it has a strong flavor and a nice lingering aftertaste.
Personally, it was quite a hit.
I released the one I purchased on a business trip to Fukui❗The snowman on the bottle is adorable⛄The aroma is banana-like, and the sake is full-flavored with a rich and delicious flavor.
Meal: Sushi
It was an easy-drinking sake with a subtle aroma and easy on the palate. It was a nice, relaxing feeling in the mouth. Hanzo is easily available at local supermarkets, so will it become a regular sake?
I bought this when I visited Muroran on a business trip in Hokkaido. Looking at the lid, I saw the words Hiokizakura...is there any sake brewery in Muroran? It wasn't that heavy, but it had a deep flavor.
Snack: A kind of jerky of hokki-gai (souvenir)
It has a sweetness reminiscent of a noble rot wine, but it is not cloying and is easy to drink. I was afraid that I would finish it too soon, so I kept it to a small amount.
I bought this mini size Ippongi at a convenience store on a business trip to Fukui. I brought it home last night without opening it 🧳🐟️ with grilled mackerel sushi.
It was a delicious sake with a full flavor at first and a dryness that is typical of dry sake when it goes down your throat.
At Seven in Fukui, where I was on a business trip. As I thought, sake from Fukui is never a miss. It has a good balance of umami and throat clearing, and I drink too much of it. In a good way.
I bought this sake at Seicomart on a business trip to Hokkaido. Perhaps because I was tired, I don't remember much of the taste... I guess it's important to be in good condition to enjoy sake💦.
