I bought it because I found it in the value section of a liquor store. I enjoyed it with sashimi of warasa, which my brother-in-law gave me, and it was delicious and refreshing!

It is clear, but there is a slight hint of corkage floating in the water. It is fragrant, with a slight tanginess, followed by a gorgeous taste. We enjoyed it very much.

I had been interested in this sake for a long time when I saw the ranking in Sake-no-Wawa. I heard that only one bottle was available, and I was wondering what to do with it, but I found it on sale at a supermarket, so I bought it.
In a good way, it was just like a Japanese sake. It is a good sake, but it goes well with a meal too. I liked it including the beautiful label.

A gift from a relative. It is written "morning" and reads "asatsu" in Japanese. It is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, so it has a strong flavor and a nice lingering aftertaste.
