Purchased at a roadside station in Komono-cho, Mie Prefecture. It is yellow in color when poured into a sake cup, and its unique flavor is similar to that of Shaoxing sake. It is not to everyone's taste, but if you want to savor it in a relaxed manner, it is... Snacks: Mozzarella cheese, chilled tomatoes, curry and pepper crackers

Purchased with Tamitsu. Dry, a little bitter? A little bitterness? Personally, I don't think I will repeat it. Snack: Whale sashimi

I got a bottle of Nengan no Tabika! I got it at a sake shop that only sells local sake from Mie. I had it with sushi, and while it did not interfere with the meal, it had a strong presence with an aftertaste of aroma...a well-balanced and reliable sake. Snacks (meals): Sushi (squid, tuna, salmon, scallops, hachimachi, conger eel, etc.)

Although it is called Daiginjo, it is not Junmai, so the aroma is not so great... The taste was also a bit of a robust rice flavor, so I went to bed feeling drunk, though I won't repeat the same experience. Snacks: Dried horse mackerel with mirin (a kind of dried fish)? Kaki no tane wasabi flavor, Pringles snack seaweed flavor

I was intrigued by your post on sakewa and bought it online 🍶I couldn't tell if it was the acidity or the slight fizz, but it was so easy to drink and tasted so good that I doubted it was really a honjozo (sake brewed in Fukushima) ❗It was my first time drinking sake from Fukushima and I really liked it. Manganji togarashi and fried shiitake mushroom, sashimi of yellowtail, pickled eggplant

It was a robust sake with a sweet and umami taste. The aftertaste, the feeling of a little taste lingering in the mouth, may be different for different tastes. Snack: Hilyozu

I bought it at a convenience store to have with dinner on the express train. I bought it for the first time without thinking about it. It was a nice intoxicating drink for my tired body, with a hint of alcohol after the sweetness. Sushi (squid, medium fatty tuna, large fatty tuna, salmon, herring roe, conger eel, scallop, raw shrimp, sea urchin, salmon roe, crab)

As stated on the back label, it has a delicious flavor. It was easy to drink without any peculiarities. Personally, I do not think it has much impact. Snacks: Sashimi (bonito), Okaki (bonito crackers)

The label has a strong impact. The color is slightly yellowish. The first thing I thought when I brought it to my mouth was that it looked like Shaoxing wine❗. I think it is a very unique brand. Sashimi (toro, sea bream, hamachi, shime saba), seafood shumai, smoked oysters

Unlike Kuninonaga, this sake was dry and was served with sashimi, but it did not interfere with the taste of the food. It was a good sake for a change of pace after a series of full-bodied and aromatic sakes. Sashimi (tuna, salmon, sea bream, squid, shrimp), vinegared mackerel, pickled cucumber

The first thing in your mouth is banana? Pear? The first thing that hits you in the mouth is a fruity aroma, followed by a sweetness, yet the aftertaste is refreshing. It is said to be brewed in wooden vats, but I did not feel any peculiarity. Snacks: Ise-Shima wakame seaweed sashimi, shrimp crackers

I bought a paper pack of Kozutsuru because I saw it for the first time. It has a crisp, spicy taste and is good for weekday evening drinks. Snack: Avogadosa

The melon-like aroma is pleasant, and the sweetness makes you feel happy. It has a strong taste, but not too strong. The label is cute 🐸. Snacks (meal): Sashimi (tuna, sea bream, salmon, squid, sweet shrimp, hokki-gai shellfish), Manganji togarashi (red pepper), pickled eggplant

It may not be a major sake in Mie. It has a dry taste that goes well with Matsusaka beef and has a smooth, yet umami flavor. My personal favorite 🐃. I could not afford to have Matsusaka beef as a snack ❗I drank up the whole bottle. Snacks: Cheese (Camembert, Gouda, Cheddar, Grana Padano, Mimolette), crackers, Wasabi Kaki no Tane

A summer-only sake with a refreshing aftertaste. It was my first time to drink this brand. It has a clear aftertaste, but I could taste the umami flavor. Snacks: Shellfish strings, ika mirin rice crackers, spicy kaki no tane (persimmon seeds).
