Corked for my kid's birthday dinner! It is one of those that one can honestly say "delicious" with a well-balanced full-bodied, umami flavor and even aftertaste. The "Saku" is also a gorgeous and delicious sake, but I personally prefer the "Tamitsu".
Snacks (meal): Sashimi (bonito, kanpachi, horse mackerel, octopus), edamame (green soybeans), pork miso soup, and Mugen green pepper
