This was the first time I learned that there is a sake made in Minato Ward, Tokyo.
In the mouth, I detected a slight cemedine-like aroma.
I did not notice much spiciness, bitterness, or acidity.
I bought it for room drinking after asking for a recommendation from a liquor store near the hotel where I was traveling on business.
It is a limited edition spring sake from Kido,
It has a nice aroma, sweet taste, and no sourness or bitterness in the aftertaste.
It has a slight effervescence.
I thought this quality was excellent for 1,150 yen for a four-pack.
It is one of Sawanoi Spring's limited edition sake.
It had a subtle melon-like aroma that spread to the palate, followed by a slight sourness and spiciness, but it was delicious with grilled salted isaki fish.
It has a nice aroma in the mouth and is a sweet sake, but it does not leave a sweet taste, and there was little sourness or bitterness.
It was very easy to drink.
This is another sake brewery we stopped by during our visit to Nikko.
It is located right across the road from the roadside station.
I opened the bottle once shaking it to make sure it didn't overflow because of sedimentation.
It was not as strong as sparkling sake, but it had a bit of bitterness after the sweetness.
The next day, it mellowed and was easy to drink.
When we visited Nikko, we stopped by one of the sake breweries, Katayama Shuzo, where we found a light nigori of daiginjo-genshu (limited to 50 bottles), with sake lees precipitating out.
The bottle looked like a whiskey.
It was a little expensive sake at 5,700 yen for a four-pack.
It had a nice aroma and a tangy, bitter aftertaste.
It was delicious, but
I personally regret that it contains brewer's alcohol.
18 zakari, unfiltered, limited direct pumping of raw sake
This Junmai Daiginjo is made from Asahi rice grown in Okayama Prefecture.
It had a nice aroma and was effervescent.
The aftertaste was pear-like and sweet with a slight bitterness.
When I drank it again on the second day after opening the bottle, the bitterness seemed to have decreased and it became mellower.
Since it was called "Juhachimori," I imagined it would be more harsh and dry, but it was very easy to drink and tasted just the way I like it.
Unfiltered Nama Shogen Arata Shogen
It has a nice aroma and is sweet with no bitterness or sourness.
It was easy to drink and tasty, with a strength of less than 16%.
I also like the Eiko Fuji label, which seems to stand out depending on the angle you look at it from.
The sake is said to be made with Koshinraku, a local product of Oarai, where the Tsuki no I sake brewery is located.
It was sweet with a slightly tangy aftertaste.
I did not find it fruity.
Happy New Year!
We look forward to working with you again this year.
It tastes like a melon, has a nice aroma, is sweet, and has almost no unpleasant taste.
It has been a long time since I have had Otters, but the taste is still consistent.
Excuse me for not posting in a while.
Sake purchased on a business trip to Tohoku, Part 4
My first impression after opening the bottle was that the aroma was nice and refreshing on the palate, with a bitter aftertaste.
Later, when I drank it again, I felt that it had mellowed and the bitterness was gone.
It was delicious.
Tohoku's local sake purchased on a business trip to Iwate, Part 3
Hirai Rokuemon Shinsei from Kiku no Tsukasa Sake Brewery
It has a fruity aroma, sweet taste, and no peculiarities.
It is a very delicious sake.
I would drink it all at once with sea bream sashimi and grilled mackerel as snacks.
I had this at a tavern on a business trip in Ibaraki.
I hadn't opened the bottle and when I put it in my mouth right after opening it, I could smell the woody aroma at first, followed by a slight sweetness, and finally, I felt the schwarziness.
It was delicious.
The salt from the cartilage of the grilled chicken went well with it personally.
AKABU F NEWBORN
Hanamaki business trip souvenir #2
It has a nice aroma, no peculiarities, sweet and fizzy taste, and is delicious and easy to drink.
I was personally disappointed that it was not junmai sake, as the label said it was brewed with brewer's alcohol.
The aroma is not so strong, but when you put it in your mouth, the aroma spreads and later you feel a little bitterness.
It has an alcohol content of 17 degrees.
This is the first of four bottles I purchased on the last day of my business trip to Hanamaki after hearing a recommendation from the Tohoku region.
I happened to hear that it had just arrived on the same day, so I was looking forward to it and opened a bottle today.
It is slightly effervescent, as is typical of nama-shu, with a refined aroma and no peculiarities, bitterness, or acidity.
It has a refreshing sweetness with a slight pear-like aftertaste.
It is very tasty.
