This is another sake brewery we stopped by during our visit to Nikko.
It is located right across the road from the roadside station.
I opened the bottle once shaking it to make sure it didn't overflow because of sedimentation.
It was not as strong as sparkling sake, but it had a bit of bitterness after the sweetness.
The next day, it mellowed and was easy to drink.
