The rice among the three varieties found at the liquor store was Miyamanishiki from Akita Prefecture. It was less sweet and a little tangier than Ginotome, sweeter than Gohyakumangoku, and had a slight grape-like aftertaste. Each of the three types of Murasaki Uchu I drank had its own differences, but they were all delicious.

I drank Gin-Otome the other day, so this time I bought Gohyakumangoku, which is rice from Ishikawa prefecture. I was told by the liquor store that there were 3 varieties, but after reading Eririn's post, I was surprised to see that there were 8 varieties. Compared to Gin-Otome, it was less sweet and had a slightly sour aftertaste. Today I had a day off from work, so I went to see the autumn leaves in Matsukawa Valley, which I had wanted to visit once, and then went to Matsukawa Onsen Hot Spring. Unfortunately, it was raining, but it was very beautiful and I am glad I extended my visit.

I'm so glad to hear that! I couldn't buy this at the store I go to because it was sold out.... (I'll try to find it in other stores 😊. I'll see if I can find it in other stores 😊.

Hello Eririn 😃 The rest of the varieties that were available at this liquor store were the Miyamanishiki that Eririn-san already posted. I would love to drink all the varieties 😀.

I bought this sake at a liquor store near my work on a business trip after hearing a recommendation for local sake in Iwate Prefecture. Of the three varieties of Murasaki Uchu, I decided to go with Ginotome because it is made from rice grown in Iwate Prefecture. It was fragrant, fruity, and delicious, with a slightly sweet aftertaste. I would like to try the other two types if I have a chance.

I am staying in Hanamaki, Iwate Prefecture for a while on a business trip. There are no izakaya nearby, so today I ordered Iwate sake at the hotel cafeteria. It is easy to drink without any peculiarities. The aftertaste was a little sour.

This sake is made by Asama Shuzo, the same brewery as the last almanac sake we drank. The aroma is good and a bit schwiffy. After opening the bottle, this sake was also a little sharp and had a bitter aftertaste, but when I drank it the next day, it seemed much mellower. The next day, however, I felt that it had mellowed considerably.

I bought and drank the monthly limited edition calendar sake. The aroma was very elegant. It was fruity and sweet on the palate, but then it was followed by a sharp taste, and the aftertaste was a little spicy and sour. I drank it right after opening the bottle, so my impression may be a little different when I drink it later.

This is a limited edition Junmai Daiginjo sake from Sawanoi. It has a very nice aroma and tastes like pears on the palate with no cloying taste. It is very delicious. I would like to finish it all at once, but I will drink it slowly and savor it. I would like to finish it in one go, but I will drink it slowly and savor it.

This is Morishima's Hitanishiki Junmai Ginjo. This one has a red label. It has a sweet taste for a moment, but the aftertaste is dry and refreshing. It is not so fruity. Personally, I preferred Omachi or Yamadanishiki even though they are the same Morishima.

I purchased this sake after it had just arrived at a local liquor store and was recommended to me. It has a nice aroma, and on the palate it tastes sweet and fruity, like melon. It has no bitterness and no peculiarity. It was a little fizzy because it was a draft sake. I found it to be very tasty, just the way I like it.

Before I left for a camping trip in Izu, I stopped by Bandai Brewery, the only sake brewery in Izu, Shizuoka, to purchase some. I did not find it fruity. It was very sweet with a slight tangy aftertaste. It was like a traditional sweet sake. I prefer fruity sake, so it was a little different from my taste, but it was not undrinkable.

I bought this when I visited Obuse. The aroma is fruity and sweet for a moment, but the aftertaste is refreshing. It is delicious without much of a tang. This time I drank it not so cold, but next time I want to drink it cold.

This is a sake from Sado Island. I had tasted it on a previous trip to Sado and enjoyed it so much that I went to several liquor stores on a business trip to Niigata last month and found it and bought it. It has a fruity aroma and a slightly tangy aftertaste. I think this sake makes you want to eat fish.

I bought this one on a business trip based on a recommendation I got from a different liquor store than the last time I was there, and drank it back in the room where I was staying. This sake also has a fruity aroma and is effervescent. The aftertaste is a bit spicy and bitter, but it is easy to drink. Again, I will make an effort not to drink it all and leave some for tomorrow. The label says DHC Brewing, so maybe the name of the brewing company has changed.

I heard a recommendation for a fruity type at a liquor store where I was traveling and purchased a bottle, which I opened at my accommodation. The aroma was fruity, and when I drank it, it was fizzy and sparkling. The moment I drank it, I felt the fruity aroma and sweetness, but the aftertaste was a little spicy and a little sour. I think I will finish it in one day, but it will stay still so I will have some left for tomorrow.

I didn't find it very fruity. It was light and easy to drink. When I put it in my mouth, I could smell a slight oaky aroma.
