This is another sake from the Shinzawa Brewery that we stopped by when we visited Naruko at the end of the year. I bought this sake because I heard it was sold exclusively at the Shinzawa Brewery. The sake has a refined aroma with a delicious taste of rice, and is slightly cloudy and sedimented. The best before date is January 8, which means within 10 days of purchase, which is another reason why it is sold only at their stores. It was very tasty.

I bought it at one of the sake breweries I stopped by on my way to Naruko Onsen at the end of the year. It is sweet and slightly effervescent. The aftertaste was refreshing without leaving a sweet aftertaste. I was told by the store staff that it was recommended as a food sake, and I was convinced. It seems to go well with both fish and meat dishes. It was delicious.

Happy New Year! For my first post of the year, I received Ozeyuki Daruma from Ryujin Shuzo. The label was cute with a snowman. The taste is the usual fruity sweetness of Oze Yukidaruma, with no bitterness or sourness at all. It is delicious!

I bought this when I visited Takehara, Hiroshima, where Okunojima, famous for the anime Tamayura and Usagi no Shima, is located. ＋It is labeled +3, but I did not find it that spicy. This is a sake that was not available last year, This is a limited edition spring sake that we look forward to every year. There is a vent hole in the lid. It has settled and becomes cloudy white when the bottle is shaken upside down. It is effervescent and sweet with a refreshing aroma, When you drink it immediately after opening the bottle, you can taste a bit of bitterness and sourness, but it gradually mellows out. It is easy to drink even for those who do not like sake.
