tama
This is the first of four bottles I purchased on the last day of my business trip to Hanamaki after hearing a recommendation from the Tohoku region.
I happened to hear that it had just arrived on the same day, so I was looking forward to it and opened a bottle today.
It is slightly effervescent, as is typical of nama-shu, with a refined aroma and no peculiarities, bitterness, or acidity.
It has a refreshing sweetness with a slight pear-like aftertaste.
It is very tasty.
