This is a regular Junmai.
Some people may find it a little sweet, but for me, it is delicious. This sake is perfect for daily use, and one gou is enough to satisfy me.
Tasake, a really chunky name but a wonderful sake. I don't remember much about this one, as it was taken by a child, but it is a refreshing, modern sake, a good sake with a refreshing, deep flavor.
I had it in a ratio of about 7 heated and 3 chilled. I think there are better sake dedicated to heating sake, so I think it would be a waste for Kuheiji. It has richness and umami, but perhaps other types of sake would be easier to say it is the best sake.
Souvenir Series There was another bottle, but I didn't take a picture of it. This one has a mild but nice aroma for a Kurogyu Daiginjo. The taste is not too sharp, so I would like to use it regularly, but I guess there are cheaper sake for that!
The aroma is thin, and it smells like sake.
I bought it at a remote store in Shimokita Peninsula, Aomori. But it is more than enough for a nightcap at the hotel.
But it is more than enough for a nightcap at the hotel. 300cc for less than 500 yen is a good deal!
I bought it at a department store and drank it at a hotel, thinking it would be perfect for a trip.
It's too bad, because the regular Daishichi Junmai Ginjo is a great sake that goes well with everything, but I'll drink it all.
A lot of it on board the Resort Shirakami!
It was really good. It is served cold and hot, and when it warms up a little, the flavor of rice comes out strongly.
As the label says, the aroma is light and the brewing process has been completed with a strong alcohol content, but it is well done, and the taste is not too much for a super dry sake. I don't recommend heating it up, but I'll give it a try.
I don't trust anything with a label like this, but this one is good. It's a little dry and bitter. I drank it lukewarm, room temperature, and chilled, but I guess cold hides its flaws. Sorry it was after a romance.
Another sake for me, which is really only a single gouge, is the best sake for me. It is gorgeous, has a delicious rice flavor, a little fizziness and light acidity, and is a great value.
It is perfect for summer oden.
It was shockingly delicious. It is my personal number one sake that is easy to drink and can be enjoyed without any resistance.
The aroma is mild and gentle, the taste is moderate and not too stimulating, and this is the best sake to drink every day!
It was raw, but I made the mistake of leaving it in Tokyo until the kids got home, and they drank it all up before I had a chance to taste it (T . T). T)
I would like to have another chance if possible!
I think it has a nice aroma and is the best so called "wine-like" liquor!
A souvenir from my son. He only gave me a small portion.
The aroma was mild for a daiginjo. It is not so good for me, who likes refreshing sake, but my sons thought it was more gorgeous than Tasake and highly praised it!
My son's souvenir. The clerk said it was his favorite. It is unfortunate that there is no raw sake feeling in this kind of sake, but it is a great job to make it crispy, no amazake-like taste. Too bad it didn't get around much.
Coming one: I like the attitude of using Kyoto yeast and trying to do my best. Overall an excellent daiginjo, a little past good sake style, which may be different for different tastes. Not super gorgeous, but elegant in aroma and taste.
Kyoto Yeast Series Industrial Research Institute and Challenge Fight
It was a raw sake with an ostentatious tusk, but the carbonation wasn't a big deal (laughs).
There's nothing sharp about it, so it's easy to drink, certainly appropriate for spring, and I like the refreshing acidity. A little more aroma would be great!
A really nice sake with a mild and elegant aroma, a ginjo sake that goes down easy with no clutter, my standard sake.
I could drink this every day and not regret it!
