I bought it because it had a turtle tail, different from the usual solid one. It is delicious, a little floral, sweet and dense in some parts, but really delicious.

It's not the type of sake that impresses me, but it's junmai sake, so it can be served hot or cold, or whatever.

I was surprised to find that the aroma is quite strong. I guess it is brewed well, and it is full-bodied and dry, but there is no bitter alcoholic smell, which is great.
