It was my first visit to Sakelab Tokyo in Jujo in two years.

Unlike other rice wine, it has a sweetness like pineapple juice!
It doesn't have any flashy flamboyance, but it overturned the image of rice wine in a good way.
This is an annual limited edition sake that is bottled and shipped within 24 hours of the first pressing, and is completed at dawn after working through the night.
Until last year, it had a clear and clean impression like a crystal glass.
This year, it is fuller and has more flavor.
