Raifuku Junmai Ginjo Aizan
It has a sweetness that is typical of Aizan, but not too strong.
It was an elegant sake with just the right amount of umami that wasn't too strong 😋.
Next time, I would like to try the ones with fruit or flower yeast 🎶.
