We started with a summer sake from Kyoto by Tsukitsukatsura 🩵. 木曽路KISOJI 夏純 純米吟醸 生原酒 (R6BY) くまくまLast, Koganezawa Junmai Ginjo with Omachi from Miyagi くまくまNext up was a Junmai Daiginjo from Shiga, Matsu no Tsukasa💙. くまくまNext up is another unfiltered, unpasteurized sake made with edible rice (Koshihikari) from Shirakikyu, also from Kyoto 🖤. くまくまNext, Aizan Junmai Daiginjo💚, also from Kamizo くまくまTonight, we start with spring sake from Kyoto from Kamikura, which is not easily found in Tokyo 🩷.
