Sweet and sour like Calpis, then bitter and umami!
I don't know about the previous year, but the complexity of this nigori is different from other active nigoris because it has a strong sense of "sake yeast".
It has sweetness, but it is not as sweet as the thicker Calpis one usually gets from nigori.

This balance of sweet and sour is the best!
A little bit of umami in the back end, but it's understated and light.
I like it very much!

This is the first Tenbi, but is it dry?
It has a gentle sweet and sour taste with a good sharpness.
As I am a sweet-tasting person, I am looking forward to drinking other Tenmis!
It can be drunk by itself or with strong flavored food.

Fresh, gassy, and rummy!
This is the second Akabu I've tasted after Jade, and I can't believe how good it tastes!
The balance between the solid umami and a little bitterness is very pleasant!
The cost performance is excellent, I wish they had a 4-pack set up so I could drink it at home!

It starts with a slight acidity and a strong flavor typical of Omachi.
However, it disappears in a flash, and the light finish makes it easy to gobble up!
It is amazing that Omachi can express such modernity!

A little long and soft with lingering umami.
It is delicious, but it is not good or bad, or it lacks characteristics.
