It has a bitter sweetness and tingling sensation that lingers on the tongue when you take a sip, and it finishes with a tangy bitterness. It tastes more classical but not heavy 😋It has a spiciness and dryness that is good when paired with até 🙆Sushi, salted yakitori 🤗🤗It is a good food sake 🍶🤗.
