We went on a pilgrimage to the Holy Land of Sake 🤗.
Imanishi Sake Brewery's traditional brewery😍.
After walking to Hinohara Shrine, we went to Miwa Izakaya for a lunchtime drink 🍶.
Encountered Nanadoro, which I couldn't drink at the Lore Brewery either: ❣️
Sourness and chilliness. Sour and chili. Low sweetness. Delicious 😋.
I was attracted by the pink bottle 🍶.
The fruity aroma excited my expectations. But 🤗
The sourness spreads and the bitterness follows. Hmmm, it's spicy 😋.
A subtle umami accent.
Purchased at Kintetsu Department Store in Uehonmachi on the way home from Itami Airport 🍶.
Tried a few and brought home my favorite 😍!
All 58% polished Oceto from Kagawa Prefecture 🌾.
Sweet and fruity aroma, sweet and delicious mouthfeel. So called "mellow umakuchi" 😋.
When I tasted it, it had a great impact on me and I decided on it immediately, but when I drank it again today, it feels a bit heavy 😅 Maybe it's because I drank a refreshing one yesterday.
It made me wonder what my taste is 🤭.
The director of the department gave me a share🍶.
The first Koshino-Umezato. And the sake rice is Koshitanrei. It has a little bit of sweet and tasty feeling, probably because of the Yamadanishiki. Soft and nice 😋.
I see the name of Oguro Brewery is missing from the company name, I wonder what DHC is 🤔.
Hello, Attached Mourning God ☔.
Oguro Sake Brewery was in danger of going out of business due to lack of successors, then DHC bought it in 2014 and it seems to be in the present 🤔.
Hello bouken 🍶 Thank you 😊 I see. I wonder if this pattern will increase in the future. I feel sad about it, but it might be a good thing if the sake brewing continues.
Entered the restaurant in the vein from Tensiba Fruehlingsfest 🍶.
After all, this is the place to savor alcohol slowly and plainly 😅 Deeply sorry 🙇♂️
I think the sweetened Blue Label is more to my liking 🍶.
[Ura Harushika Series]
Junmai Daiginjo-non-pressure pressed, Nakadori Nama-nazamajinshu.
The sweet aroma spreads as soon as the bottle is opened 🍶 and the tension is explosive 😋.
The color has a faint sheen. It smoothly enters the mouth. The umami flavor spreads with a chirichiri sensation. It finishes with a perfectly balanced acidity.
The sweet and umami is a little bit tough 😅 because of the dry sake that followed.
No, it is a delicious sake 🍶.
Junmai-shu (pure rice sake) made by reproducing the production process from the end of the Edo period to the Meiji 30s.
Very dry mouthfeel. I was surprised at how dry it was, as I had imagined it to taste sweet like Muromachi 😳 The aftertaste has bitterness, astringency, and the delicious taste of rice.
Light, dry, and very smooth.
Gentle umami to finish with a bit of bitterness. Somehow I felt it would be a delicious sake if the specs were improved 😋.
Cold sake is really delicious 🤤.
Elegant aroma. It is what is called "light and dry" 🍶 but it also has a delicious umami flavor. I had it cold this time, but it would be good warmed up too 😋.
Sake from a small brewery in Kushira, Gosho City, Nara Prefecture, in the bosom of Mt. Katsuragi overlooking the Yamato Plain.
It is a pink label version of "Akabane Omachi" made entirely from Omachi produced in Setomachi, Akabane district, Okayama Prefecture, in the Shinomine Rokumaru series. The pink label is a spring-like spring limited edition sake. The cherry blossoms are in full bloom now, so open the bottle quickly🤗.
The color is beautifully clear. The fruity and sweet aroma is subtle. The refreshing acidity spreads in the mouth along with a feeling of petit-pretty gaseousness. It finishes crisp and clean with an elegant sweetness.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🍶.
There is a list of stores that carry it on the Chiyo Sake Brewery's website. I hope you can find a store you can go to.
Or I'll just pop in 🤭.
Please try it 🙇.
Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip 4
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. We went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies, and we called it "Drinking Tottori Sake All Over".
Matsue
After drinking at an izakaya (Japanese style bar), we went to a ryokan (Japanese style inn) to have a drink after taking a bath.
We drank canned beer and Nezumi Otoko one-cup drinks to reduce the amount of luggage we had. This is the last bottle of the San-in region's famous sake.
It has more acidity than Takayuu. We all finished the tour in a daze. Since we had some money left over, we went straight to the swimming pool. We are still thinking about where to go next time. We are still learning😅.
Hello, Attached Mourning God. I'm so excited that you are going to drink all the sake in Tottori! That's a great sake study trip 😆 You have a budget to work with, but please do your best to conquer all the breweries and enjoy your trip 😊.
Hi Hirupeko!
I was so proud to say that I would drink all of them, but in the end I stopped at 2/3 😭 I wonder when I will be able to finish the remaining 1/3...
Hello, attached mourning gods 😃.
When I first read it, we were all goofy🤤 and 🏊♂️ pool🩳 is so adolescent 🥹.
I misunderstood 😅I'm looking forward to the make-up 😋.
Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip (3)
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. We went to Misasa Onsen with our usual drinking buddies, and had a trip entitled "Drinking all the Sake in Tottori".
Matsue
I couldn't upload the photos of the tasting in Misasa and Kurayoshi 😭 I was surprised to find that the Genchou, which I thought would have a classic taste, was fruity and delicious 😳 I sent some of them home and will post them later 🍶 Too bad I couldn't get Tomirei in Hokuei-cho 😢 Conan Yes! I did....
I will have to come back to Tottori. I wonder when that will be.
After returning to Shimane and drinking at an izakaya (Japanese style bar), we had a drink at a ryokan (Japanese inn).
This is sake. It has a bitter taste.
Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip (2)
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. The title of the trip was "Tottori no saké zenbu saké" (Drinking all the sake in Tottori).
Yonago Station
After purchasing a copy of the San'in Meishu Meguri Inaba Hen, we boarded a train bound for Kurayoshi on the San'in Honsen Line. The second bottle was Inabatsuru.
It is a 50% polished sake, so it goes down smoothly. It has a subtle umami taste with a hint of sourness.
There are 10 breweries left!
Good morning to you, Attached Mourning God 😃.
You have a great attitude to learn even as an adult 👍Really enjoy the study 🍶🤤.
Enjoy the remaining 10 lectures 😁👋
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🍶.
We met Conan in Hokuei-cho, took a radium bath in Misasa Onsen and are having a great time. Thanks to that, I haven't made much progress in my learning 😅 I'm off to Kurayoshi City today to learn 💪.
Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip (1)
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. There are 18 sake breweries in Tottori Prefecture (please let us know if we are wrong). I have already had Zuisen, Hiokizakura, Takayuu, Inadahime, Kumezakura, and Chiyomusubi, so there are 12 breweries left. Let's go for it!
Yonago Station
After purchasing a copy of the San'in Meishu Meguri Inaba Hen, I boarded a train bound for Kurayoshi on the San'in Honsen Line. The first bottle is Suwaizumi.
The first bottle was Suwaizumi 🍶, which has an aroma of rice and a bitter taste. 100ml is not enough for me 🤭.
Hello, Attached Mourning God 🐦.
Such a cute set? I didn't know there was such a thing ❣️ I thought it was just right for a little bit so I could compare the drinks, but there were 3 plastic cups 😳I guess it wasn't enough for you guys 😁.
Good morning, Pon, good morning 🍶.
Yes, it is. I finished it in one bite 😅 There is also an Izumo version, so if you have a chance, please do. But the Sanin Line is very bumpy, so be careful when drinking!
