Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip 4
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. We went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies, and we called it "Drinking Tottori Sake All Over".
Matsue
After drinking at an izakaya (Japanese style bar), we went to a ryokan (Japanese style inn) to have a drink after taking a bath.
We drank canned beer and Nezumi Otoko one-cup drinks to reduce the amount of luggage we had. This is the last bottle of the San-in region's famous sake.
It has more acidity than Takayuu. We all finished the tour in a daze. Since we had some money left over, we went straight to the swimming pool. We are still thinking about where to go next time. We are still learning😅.
Hello, Attached Mourning God. I'm so excited that you are going to drink all the sake in Tottori! That's a great sake study trip 😆 You have a budget to work with, but please do your best to conquer all the breweries and enjoy your trip 😊.
Hi Hirupeko!
I was so proud to say that I would drink all of them, but in the end I stopped at 2/3 😭 I wonder when I will be able to finish the remaining 1/3...
Hello, attached mourning gods 😃.
When I first read it, we were all goofy🤤 and 🏊♂️ pool🩳 is so adolescent 🥹.
I misunderstood 😅I'm looking forward to the make-up 😋.
Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip (3)
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. We went to Misasa Onsen with our usual drinking buddies, and had a trip entitled "Drinking all the Sake in Tottori".
Matsue
I couldn't upload the photos of the tasting in Misasa and Kurayoshi 😭 I was surprised to find that the Genchou, which I thought would have a classic taste, was fruity and delicious 😳 I sent some of them home and will post them later 🍶 Too bad I couldn't get Tomirei in Hokuei-cho 😢 Conan Yes! I did....
I will have to come back to Tottori. I wonder when that will be.
After returning to Shimane and drinking at an izakaya (Japanese style bar), we had a drink at a ryokan (Japanese inn).
This is sake. It has a bitter taste.
Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip (2)
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. The title of the trip was "Tottori no saké zenbu saké" (Drinking all the sake in Tottori).
Yonago Station
After purchasing a copy of the San'in Meishu Meguri Inaba Hen, we boarded a train bound for Kurayoshi on the San'in Honsen Line. The second bottle was Inabatsuru.
It is a 50% polished sake, so it goes down smoothly. It has a subtle umami taste with a hint of sourness.
There are 10 breweries left!
Good morning to you, Attached Mourning God 😃.
You have a great attitude to learn even as an adult 👍Really enjoy the study 🍶🤤.
Enjoy the remaining 10 lectures 😁👋
Good morning, Jay & Nobby 🍶.
We met Conan in Hokuei-cho, took a radium bath in Misasa Onsen and are having a great time. Thanks to that, I haven't made much progress in my learning 😅 I'm off to Kurayoshi City today to learn 💪.
Otona no Sake Gakuin Trip (1)
I went to Misasa Onsen with my usual drinking buddies. There are 18 sake breweries in Tottori Prefecture (please let us know if we are wrong). I have already had Zuisen, Hiokizakura, Takayuu, Inadahime, Kumezakura, and Chiyomusubi, so there are 12 breweries left. Let's go for it!
Yonago Station
After purchasing a copy of the San'in Meishu Meguri Inaba Hen, I boarded a train bound for Kurayoshi on the San'in Honsen Line. The first bottle is Suwaizumi.
The first bottle was Suwaizumi 🍶, which has an aroma of rice and a bitter taste. 100ml is not enough for me 🤭.
Hello, Attached Mourning God 🐦.
Such a cute set? I didn't know there was such a thing ❣️ I thought it was just right for a little bit so I could compare the drinks, but there were 3 plastic cups 😳I guess it wasn't enough for you guys 😁.
Good morning, Pon, good morning 🍶.
Yes, it is. I finished it in one bite 😅 There is also an Izumo version, so if you have a chance, please do. But the Sanin Line is very bumpy, so be careful when drinking!
Sake that was offered to my father on his birthday 🍶 We will have a little bit of each 😅.
The first bottle is Yoshinogawa. As the label says, it is dry. I don't feel much acidity, but the bitterness lingers until the end.
The bottle is opened with a sip. Mild aroma. The color is clear and beautiful.
The acidity spreads with a sense of gas. It finishes with a hint of sweetness. It is a delicious sake.
Check in at Biwako no Kujira 🍶 as there is no mention of Kitajima or Mitairae here either.
Watch the MLB season opener at Biwako no Kujira🤗
Sweetness spreads with a sense of gas. It has a sweetness that spreads with a gassy feeling and a sourness that finishes with a bitterness. This one tastes like a Miyoei type. It's drinking well, but the alcohol content is 20 degrees 😳.
I think I'm going to fall asleep before the game is over😅.
It's cold 😨.
The weather is not good and I don't feel like going outside, so I opened the bottle while watching baseball 🍶.
The label doesn't say "Kitajima" or "Mitairae", so I checked in with Oirihippu.
When you put it in your mouth, the sourness spreads. There is no sense of gas. It slowly finishes with a bitter taste. It tastes like a Kitajima type.
There is some lees there, so the mazemaze🤭 bitterness disappears and sweetness emerges.
The alcohol content is 16 degrees, but it seems to be more guttural than that. I think I'm going to fall asleep before it scores😅.
Hello, mourning gods 😃.
Really! There are too many cold temperatures 😓.
We too watched Cubs vs Hanshin while drinking coffee ☕️ 😊 I hope to watch the Dodgers game at night while drinking sake 👍
Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🍶.
Hanshin is strong 💪 but what about the different balls they are using?
The Dodgers game will be soon and I hope the Giants will do well.
Of course the sake for the Dodgers game is Hakkaisan?
Happy Birthday to Me ❗️
It's been a while since I celebrated at 59Takachiyo 🍶.
And Aizan ❤️
I can't believe it's been four bottles since I last drank it. It's obvious that it's been a while.
The sake cup is a gift from Hosokun.
It is a Shigaraki-ware hechimon. It is a little unusual Masu sake cup. It is a water mirror, so it sparkles.
Sweet aroma. The sweetness and acidity are spreading in your mouth while you feel the gasiness on the tip of your tongue.
Good evening, Mr. Tsukemogami😄.
Happy birthday 🎂🎉!
Celebrate sake with takachiyo's Aizan💕, I think it's very tasteful ❤️ This is one I would like to drink too ❣️ It's definitely a great start to a wonderful year 🥰!
Good evening, Mr. Tsukemogami!
Happy Birthday 🎉!
I thought the red label of Aizan was beautiful and something perfect for the celebration ✨.
The soft sweetness and acidity looks spring-like and delicious 😋.
Have a great drinking time 😊.
Good evening, Mr. Attached Mourning God! 🙋
Happy Birthday! 🎉🎉🎉
Takachiyo Aizan looks very delicious 😁.
I like the unique and interesting look of the sake cup too 👍.
Have a great time! 💓
Hi ma-ki-🍶.
Thank you 😊
I couldn't decide between Shinomine Rokumaru Omachi Pink Label and the red one 🤭 I will drink Shinomine when it gets a little warmer 😋.
Hi Tomoyuki Kumagai 🍶.
Thank you 😊
59Takachiyo, Aizan x Omachi, Aizan x Ipponshime, they were delicious.
Yesterday I listened to KISS after a long time and it cheered me up 😀.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🍶.
Thank you 😊
The Masu sake cup is interesting and nice, but a bit heavy. It's hard for me with tennis elbow 😓 A message from Hosokun not to drink too much?
Happy Birthday to you, Tsukemogami 🎉🎂🎂.
Goktaka's Aizan❣️ atmosphere and taste is very festive ✨The sake cup, it looks very rare even in Shigaraki ware 😳It's a nice gift 🎁😊.
Good evening Pon, good evening 🍶.
Thank you 😊
The gift was a surprise since she also bought me sake. But today I didn't have anything to say, it was an alcohol free dinner as it should be 😭 I'm afraid of Kami 😅.
Happy birthday, Mr. Tsukemogami 🎂🎉 Masu-ai is a sake cup in the shape of a square made of ceramic. It's a wonderful gift for Mr. Tsukemogami, who loves sake💕I'm looking forward to seeing your updates on Shinomine from now on😊.
A friend of mine who lives in Kyoto gave me this souvenir when she went back home😊 She didn't know what to expect so she bought what the store owner recommended. Thank you 🙏.
Fruity aroma. Sourness that spreads in the mouth. The rice flavor that can be felt slowly. Then, it slowly finishes with a bitter taste 🍶.
I thought it was cold because it was left in a room without fire, but it was warm today so it wasn't that cold 😅.
When my wife found it on the table, she drank it "Itadakari~" and declared it "spicy" 😛.
Tomorrow I have to take off work to renew my driver's license. I wonder if I can make it even with a hangover.
Cork opened to commemorate the founding🍶.
The bottle is opened with a sip. It has a gentle aroma. The schnappiness spreads to the mouth 🫧 The balance between acidity and umami is great 😋.
The alcohol content is 19 degrees. It's good 🤗.
I've been slogging around all day today, so I'm going to let the drunkenness take over and go to bed.
It's cold 😨 so I'm in the mood for heated sake 🍶 I was looking for something and found this Junmai sake from Kitajima Shuzo. I got it as an extra when I bought the direct 😍 It always comes with an extra. Thank you, boss.
Bitterness ahead when cold. It has an underlying umami flavor. And when served hot, the acidity and umami spread out. The acidity and umami spread out.
I finished 300ml!
Hello, tsukumogami 😃.
I'd like to recommend you Gidairae-san! I think I only see Kitajima at the liquor store 🥲I'd like to drink it if I come across it 🤗.
Hi Jay & Nobby 🍶.
I was once told that Kitajima only wholesales to bars. So I was surprised when I saw it at a liquor store 😳 I think you can find Mishiroe at very ordinary liquor stores. Like in the basement of a department store 🤗.
It's been a long time since I've had a good time with Gidayoei🍶.
This is the first sake of February 1st.
It says be careful when opening the bottle, but it's not that big of a deal. You can open the bottle normally!
At first you can't taste it, but the flavor spreads with a sense of fizz. At the same time, bitterness follows and remains as a lingering aftertaste.
It's been a long time since I've had this one, but it's still delicious 😋 I'm already halfway through it😅.
One of my favorites 🍶 Slightly sweet and strong effervescence. Low alcohol content and drinks like a beer😅.
I thought it was a bit expensive, then I got an idea: ❣️
Why not just crack open a bottle of sake? I tried many things and found out that Sake to Carbonated is 6 to 4🤗.
