I gave up going to the park because of the cloudy sky 😅 from my balcony 😅 I could see only one shooting star 🤗 I will get up in the middle of the night to observe it again. 　Now, the second bottle of Li Bai pouch is special pure rice 🍶 The bitterness spreads all at once while giving the flavor of rice. Source rice: 100% Hitogochi grown in Nagano Prefecture Rice polishing ratio: 70 Yeast used: Japanese sake degree: -23 Acidity: 5.8 Alcohol content: 17%. 　Another bottle of Okura: ❗️ I was expecting a normal sake, but when I saw the specs, I was surprised 😳 It's a backward compatible of Limonada 😅 The color, aroma and taste are exactly the same. The difference is the faint gassy taste? 　I tried it with soda water. I'm sure I'll gobble it up if I do this.

Year of brewing: 2023BY 　We went to Okura Honke Ekima Enomise, but unfortunately it was closed 😢. 　The sake level and acidity is shocking, surpassing Shiroku "Bali Acid" 😳 The label on the back says "extra". 　The color is lemon 🍋 The aroma?　Hard to describe the aroma. Not a very tasty aroma 😅. 　The sweetness spreads to the top of the palate. Then a strong sourness kicks in. ❗️ and then the bitter taste. It's easy to drink with ice 🍶 I recommend it for hot summer 🍶❗️ but the aroma is too strong for my nose 🤭. 　My wife says it might be good as a sorbet 🤗 I wish I could have had this at Ekima Enomise and asked the store owner about it. 　I think my wife and I will drink it up after Mimuro Cedar 😋.

Choryu Brewpark Limited Sake Opening 🍶. The name "Choryu Brewpark" is said to express the idea of "gathering" in a brew park and "overflowing" with joy and smiles. The name "Choryu Brewpark" is said to be named with this thought in mind. The cool, fruity aroma spreads in the mouth. It has a refreshingly crisp taste with a hint of rice flavor. I thought it was cheap for a limited edition sake, but it was only 500ml 😅 I guess they wanted us to finish it at the park. It was so much that it would be consumed in a short time while we were having a party. It rained a lot today. In the rain, I went for a walk in Naramachi with an old friend. After returning home, I opened a bottle of Hakata Yakusyu, which my daughter bought as a souvenir regardless of Nara😅. The label says it should be served cold or lukewarm. I chilled it 🫨. It goes in the mouth smoothly. The rice flavor comes out as it rolls around in the mouth. It is light on the throat, but the bitterness lingers in the mouth for a long time. Hold on for a while until it returns to room temperature😅.

I couldn't decide between SODA POP and this one, but I chose this one 🍶. As the warning says, it took a while to open the bottle 😄. Lactic acid aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity spreads at once with a strong gaseous feeling. It leaves a slight bitterness and sourness in the aftertaste. It is an active nigori that can be enjoyed dry with a refreshing citrus acidity, perfect for hot summer 😋.
