Choryu Brewpark Limited Sake Opening 🍶. The name "Choryu Brewpark" is said to express the idea of "gathering" in a brew park and "overflowing" with joy and smiles. The name "Choryu Brewpark" is said to be named with this thought in mind. The cool, fruity aroma spreads in the mouth. It has a refreshingly crisp taste with a hint of rice flavor. I thought it was cheap for a limited edition sake, but it was only 500ml 😅 I guess they wanted us to finish it at the park. It was so much that it would be consumed in a short time while we were having a party. So, I bought another bottle to take home as a souvenir? It's good for business 🤭 It's okay though, because it tastes good.

Good evening, Mr. Tsukemogami. I like Changlong Brew Park 😆 I want to go there! It's one of the places I've been thinking about but haven't made it yet! It's a good souvenir to bring back home 😊.

Good morning, Hirupeko 🍶 I thought it was a spacious facility in Umami Hillside Park, but it was adjacent to the main store. But drinking sake in the open air is exceptional 😋. I'm also looking forward to visiting Aburacho Brewery's Katsuragi Sanroku Brewery😊.

It rained a lot today. In the rain, I went for a walk in Naramachi with an old friend. After returning home, I opened a bottle of Hakata Yakusyu, which my daughter bought as a souvenir regardless of Nara😅. The label says it should be served cold or lukewarm. I chilled it 🫨. It goes in the mouth smoothly. The rice flavor comes out as it rolls around in the mouth. It is light on the throat, but the bitterness lingers in the mouth for a long time. Hold on for a while until it returns to room temperature😅.

Good evening 🍶 It's raining. I can't go out, so I opened a bottle 🤭. Sake sold exclusively in the Izumo area using 100% Sako Nishiki, Shimane Prefecture's sake rice grown with less pesticides and chemical fertilizers in Izumo: ❗️ Banana🍌 type ginjo aroma. Umami and acidity spread in the mouth. The sharpness and bitterness that lingers on the palate will keep you coming back for more. I want to drink Natsukumo 😅

I couldn't decide between SODA POP and this one, but I chose this one 🍶. As the warning says, it took a while to open the bottle 😄. Lactic acid aroma. When you put it in your mouth, the acidity spreads at once with a strong gaseous feeling. It leaves a slight bitterness and sourness in the aftertaste. It is an active nigori that can be enjoyed dry with a refreshing citrus acidity, perfect for hot summer 😋.

It was served cold 🍶. The delicious flavor and bitterness spread to the palate. My wife and I drank it all 🤭 We enjoyed yakitori, kushiyaki, and hamayaki at our house. Although the smoke was too much and set off the alarm 😅.

Good evening, Mr. Tsukemogami. It's amazing that your brother-in-law was able to save the sea bream he caught and turn it into such a delicious dish! Looks really delicious✨ Sake and fish are the best match 😊.

Good morning, ma-ki-! My mother handles the sashimi and my wife does the serving 😅 I can't do anything. I can't do anything 😅 I was wondering about the sake from Nara prefecture where there is no sea for fish, but it was a dry sake. It was perfect 😋.

The following is a list of the ingredients of the brewery's newest product. Rice: Modified Omachi (produced in Izumo City) Rice polishing ratio: 60 Fermenter: Shimane K-1 Japanese Sake Degree: +6.0 Acidity: +6.0 Alcohol content: 15%. This sake is brewed by a brewery in Izumo with rice from Izumo and yeast from Shimane. Mild aroma. The mouthfeel is very soft and watery. As it rolls around in the mouth, the bitterness spreads and the acidity of Omachi overlaps. The sweetness and flavor of Omachi is faint. It has a dry finish with a firm flavor. I drink it cold, but I feel it is a delicious sake even when warmed up.

Today's last 🍶 Ten years old secret sake 😋. The color is clear. Soft mouthfeel that doesn't give the impression of old sake. Sweetness with a hint of old sake at the end of the swallow 😋. Personally, it is today's first prize 🏆. But still, I drank and ate a lot. I wonder if my blood test today will be ok😅. I'm afraid they'll say "there's alcohol flowing through your body" 😅

The sixth bottle 🍶 This sake is not on the menu, but they have Shinmasa. I don't like it very much to begin with, but I chose it because it is a rare H-type sake. It is delicious, but I still don't like it. Maybe it's the acidity that's not my favorite. Maybe it's because the sourness of the first Flax Cat I drank had too much impact. I can't...can't...can't. I'm stuck in the past😅

Fifth bottle 🍶. Although not labeled sparkling, it had a strong fizziness and a winey acidity that I personally don't like. It was a delicious sake that matched those who liked it so much that some people even recommended it as today's first prize 😋. Hmmm? Was the strong fizziness a different sake?

Whenever I go back to Nara, my friend always arranges a table for me 🍶 I chose an imported Otters sake for the first bottle. This one is Type 50, a Junmai Daiginjo with the specs of Yamadanishiki. The rice is Japanese. It is a clear sake. It is also low in alcohol, so it is light and easy to drink. I think Americans would drink it in large gulps. It was so delicious that some people chose it as today's first prize 😋.

The following is a list of the ingredients of the wine. Rice: En-no-Mai Percentage of polished rice: 50%. Fermenter: No additives Japanese Sake Degree: -3 Acidity: 2.3 Alcohol content: 15 Enishinomai is a relatively new variety of sake rice produced in Shimane Prefecture and officially named in February 1991. It is expected to be a high-quality sake rice that can be used to brew daiginjo and other types of sake. Now, let's see what it tastes like: ...... A really faint yellowish color. The aroma is sour🍶 and the taste is fresh and sweet, like a melon or muscat, which is typical of ginjo. The beautiful acidity that is typical of "Kimoto" follows it. The taste is clean and refreshing, like water, while giving a sense of refinement. The bitterness that lingers in the mouth is a nice accent. My daughter wanted to eat oysters, so we bought rock oysters. This time, we tried eating them raw. It was hard to open the oyster. But the taste was great. The taste doubled when combined with yellowtail sashimi 🍶.

Raw material rice: Sakonishiki Percentage of polished rice: 50%. Fermenter: No additives Japanese Sake Degree: -8 Acidity: 8.0 Alcohol content: 16%. Purchased because of the 8.0 acidity. It was originally intended to be made as Mukai Tenjoh Saika, but because normal lactic acid bacteria and alcohol-resistant lactic acid bacteria increased at the same time in the sake mother stage, yeast fermentation and lactic acid bacteria fermentation took place simultaneously, resulting in a very high acidity sake for a Japanese sake. The sake was named Saika Ara (Sakeru) because of the roughness of Saika. It is truly a white wine😋, but when you roll it around in your mouth, you can taste the umami of the rice. My partner, who loves wine, says it is not wine.... I tried mixing it with soda. The beaker that came with the Kaze no Mori is now on its way 🤭 The best choice is 3 parts Saika Ara and 2 parts soda. According to the liquor store, after opening the bottle, the acidity settles down and it mellows out. I'm also looking forward to warming sake, but I don't think it will be as good as Hanaboe, somehow. I wonder if the sweetness will come out if it is warmed up?

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🍶. On the second day, I think the acidity has settled down and it's starting to sweeten up a bit 😋 I'm looking for a sweeter taste, so maybe a tonic split would be more to your liking. If you have a chance, please try it 😯.
