Continuing on the high road, "Jikin" 🍶 but it's getting expensive 😳 If it's getting so expensive, I should have applied for the lottery notice I got from the liquor store😅.
It's Junmai with 50% polished rice. But there is no indication of specific name. Why?
It has a soft umami taste on the palate, then the acidity cuts through the umami and it finishes with a wonderful sharpness.
I wonder if the sweetness could be a little stronger.
