Yesterday, we took out the hot carpet in our house. Of course, we had hot sake 🍶.
Today, I brought a souvenir from my daughter who went back home the other day. It is an early autumn deer. It was served cold because it was warm on the hot carpet 😋.
It has a light color with a hint of bright golden yellow. The aroma is a rich "rice aroma" reminiscent of freshly cooked grains, with a hint of nuttiness.
