Drunken weather lured me to Samhara Shrine ⛩️
After visiting a liquor store we found on the way 🍶, we went in for a tasting in a room in the basement for 222 yen per cup 😍.
Compared to the sake we tasted here, it made me realize once again that I usually drink only fruity sake😅.
I tasted while licking miso, but classical sake is also good 🍶.

After finishing work in Osaka, I met up with my college juniors in Kyoto.
O got his favorite Tokugetsu in Tokyo and brought it with him
so that we could all drink it together.
I have bought it as a gift several times, but this is the first time I actually drink it!
It is drunk quickly chilled with ice on the top!
It was an easy to drink sake with no unpleasant taste and a sense of rice.
It doesn't interfere with the food!

Knowing the secrets of sake
This sake is brewed with 28% polished "Yukinosei" rice produced in Niigata Prefecture, which is descended from Koshiji Sasai on the mother's side and Koshihikari on the father's side.
This sake is specially designed for otsukimi (moon viewing).
