Today is our wedding anniversary. open a bottle of old sake brewed in 1985🍶 🙄 It was brewed the year we got married. I bought this when we went to Kurayoshi in the spring.
The first thing that catches the eye is the amberish-gold color that has been polished over time. The aroma is complex and mellow, reminiscent of dried fruits, caramel, and maple syrup.
In the mouth, it has a mild and mellow mouthfeel. The rich sweetness and acidity come together to create a deep and complex flavor that envelops the tongue. The lingering aftertaste is long, with a pleasant bitterness and umami remaining for a long time, filling the mouth even after swallowing.
It seems that you can drink it forever and ever.

Good evening, Jay & Nobby 🍶 Thank you.
My partner said, "I guess this is the color it will be after 40 years." As we looked at the amber color of the sake, we imagined our own color and quickly erased it from our minds 🤭.
