When I informed him that I would be in Nara from 10/26, an old colleague of mine set it up for me.
 I chose "Matsuo Jiman -Re:make-" by Kangiku Meikozo, which brews Sono Kangiku from a variety of local limited edition sake.
The fruity aroma and smooth mouthfeel was followed by a floral spread of concentrated rice flavor and a gentle sweetness.
 I think it has been a while since I had a sake with such a soft taste in my mouth. I drank a variety of sake, but this was today's number one. ☝️
