Pale and clear color with a fruity aroma reminiscent of green apples and white peaches. Mmmm, it is sweet. The first sip is just as sweet as it should be. After that, moderate acidity and a fresh, lively sensation unique to nama-shu envelopes the tongue, and the taste is light, clear, and calm.
It was a delicious sake, but the sweetness was bothersome. I would like to try a green sake that is more classic.
