付喪神
First "Tanaka Rokugo" 🍶 Strictly ordered my daughter who was in Fukuoka to get it! I remember telling her to leave it at our house in Nara😅.
The aroma is elegant and fruity, reminiscent of green apples, with a hint of rice flavor.
In the mouth, a full umami spreads softly, and the nourishing flavor that reminds one of the core of rice flows slowly over the tongue. However, the umami soon blends with the crisp acidity and changes to a light dry taste. While it has the solid rice flavor typical of junmai sake, it has an excellent sharpness that quickly recedes in the aftertaste, leaving a light lingering aftertaste.
