Aizan from the special A district of Hyogo Prefecture. 50% polished rice, but labeled as ginjo. How can it not be delicious?
When poured into a glass, the aroma is elegant, reminiscent of ripe white peaches and pears. In the mouth, soft sweetness and elegant acidity are in harmony, and the full, mellow flavor unique to Aizan gradually permeates the palate. The finish is clean and crisp, making it a superb sake for a meal.

Ippakusuisei is unexpectedly mildly sweet. But I think it is good for that, I drank the entire bottle. Please enjoy it.
