I looked in the fridge and saw Wind Forest 😅 It's been over a month since I bought it. I have to drink it soon!
I opened the bottle with a reason 🍶.
There was a warning, but I opened the bottle without incident. Fruity aroma with a bit of sourness. The clear color and the promised bubbles 🫧 The acidity spreads with a gassy feeling. The sweetness spreads in the mouth while a faint bitterness lingers 😋.
Personally, I think the sweetness is a bit strong. It has a nice sweetness when served with vinegar.
I would like to compare it with Akitsuho 657.
If you don't like sweet taste, it would be Nanarou from Mimuro cedar.
Nanarou🌾 which is not from outside of the prefecture. Is the rest Toyoshuku and Goshin? Will it be from Harushika next year? I am looking forward to it😊.
